I called to arrange for delivery of anniversary flowers just a mile from the shop, but they were totally rigid, unwilling to reduce the delivery price from that they would charge to send them many miles across the city of Miami. They have flowers online at set prices, and that’s that. There’s no flexibility here, no willingness to accommodate the buyer, and a large franchise mentality. There’s no personal touch. I think anybody could do better than to look here.
