Ok, so the service was… Up to par…
If your not white, careful about this place.
The moment I walked in, not only did the place clear out after about 6 min, but I started to hear black jokes from the pool table, jokes about mlk day, and the word spook being thrown around because, and I quote, «I can’t say the other word». By the old fuckers left over… I’m not even black but I feel for you. Also. Service was good don’t get me wrong, but the patrons sure as hell are not tolerant of anything that isn’t white. I continued to laugh and smile at my own personal shit, and decided to stay longer. Lol. Fuck you guys, Your not going to fuck up my day. :)
Owners can’t do shit bout the racists that attend so go somewhere else if that trips your trigger

A stop here rounded out my tour of Dixon bars. After the football game, I walked down here from the other bar located on this street. Door was open and it seemed friendly enough. Coming from the other place, it seemed like it was busier and brighter here.

Luke’s is a great dive bar that welcomes any and all. Wednesdays are karaōke night and many of my friends are regulars for this. The owner is friendly and all employees are great. The drinks are delicious, the back patio is cozy, the dance floor is spacious, what more could you ask for?

If you are looking for a hole in the wall, funky dive bar, with farmers, a few cougars, and nice bartenders this is your home sweet home.
Its located on North 1^st St. in Dixon (the main drag, AKA HWY 113) There are pool tables, and a patio/​smoking area out back.
I can’t help loving it. But love it for what it is. You don’t love your crusty uncle Ed because he’s a super model. This place is crusty & authentic. Savor it. There are plenty of sophisticated upscale city bars that will get fancy with the bitters and charge you $ 10 for a drink, but spots like this are a dying breed.

yep really there are 3 bars in the small town of dixon… my hometown. and lukes is a fine place for me =)
its a bit more chill than the buckhorn, which i like… and the bartenders are people i know, and i pretty much always run into ppl i know… haha
its just a small town place, its not a club, but they do live music and stuff… have pool tables… ect.
the back patio is nice, and yep you sure can bring your drink along w ya

I saw my friend’s band here and had a fabulous time! The bartender was nice which is a huge plus! Beers were cold, and you could drink them on the outdoor patio. That’s damn important to me because as a non-​smoker, I like to have something to do with my hands while hanging out with the smokers. That’s what she said, and yes, I said it! I can’t wait to go back!

lukes lounge is a nice and mellow hole in the wall bar. creep inside the dark cave for happy hour everyday from 1 – 7, what a deal. Also ladies drink for a dollar on lots of thier drinks. The owner, Nate, is also a very nice guy, go say hello
