SealtechOne- Grout Tile Stone Cleaning Sealing & Repair

We had new tiles installed and our tile guy did a really bad job grouting. He didn’t clean up very well so the grout got into the crevices of the tile. Hired Tim to get rid of the grout and haze. He also sealed our tiles for us with Pourous Plus. He showed up on time as scheduled, came with his partner Rick. These guys are awesome.
Tim did exactly what he explained. He spent a decent amount of time explaining what needed to happen and what our options were. We had 2 other quotes from reputable companies but Tim’s quote was a whole lot better and his customer service exceeded our expectations. Early in September we had Rick and Tim to our house to get a quote to have our master bathroom floor (tile) as well as the shower and vanity (granite) sealed. They were on time, professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout our meeting with them. We agreed to have SealtechOne complete the job and we set an appointment for 9÷25÷15.
Rick and Tim arrived ON TIME (actually a little bit early!) and ready to work. They explained the process and answered any and all questions we had. We were amazed at the finished product. Tthe process took a little bit longer than I expected but that was my own fault for not knowing the level of detail they put into making sure the job was done correctly. I thought our bathroom was clean prior to their visit but when they were through with sealing the floor and granite it brought out a level of shine and clean I didn’t know existed. Don’t get me started on the miracle the accomplished with the grout in the shower!
We plan on using SealtechOne in the future for our kitchen and spare bathroom. My wife recently took advantage of an online special to have SealtechOne clean the ceramic floor tile and grout of our home. The house is only a year old, but I had neglected to seal the grout when we moved in. In the high traffic areas of the hallway, bathroom, and kitchen, the grout was noticeably darker and had lost its like-​new appearance.
Rick and Tim arrived on time and were pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. With this company, you are dealing directly with the owners, who have decades of experience, and they will take the time to explain the cleaning options and process, and do the job right. We had over 500 square feet of tile to clean and grout to seal, and the job was not inexpensive, but Rick and Tim spent a lot of time on it and I am happy with the results. The floor has not looked this good since we moved in. I plan to call them again within the next year when we need another major cleaning. With two big dogs in the house, and them, my wife, me, and house guests going in and out to the back yard, periodic professional cleanings will be needed and will also make in between cleaning easier. For routine floor cleanings, they provided suggestions on products to use and what to avoid.

Found Sealtech via Unilocal and thought I would try them out. Our newly purchased house is about 3,500 SF of stone from granite to travertine. (Stealtech named our home, The House of Stone) We hired Sealtech to re-​grout our fireplace and wine room ceiling, caulk and seal our granite and complete a deep clean on our travertine. These guys were friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable! You really feel like these guys are taking care of their own home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Had them seal our countertops. They were very professional and took great care in not creating a mess in our home going so far as to wear disposable booties on their feet when entering the house. We were thinking of also redoing our kitchen floor and Tim was kind enough to go along with me to look at tile. He was very informative and offered great suggestions as to what designs might work for us. When we’re ready to go ahead with the renovation this company will be the first we call.
