Tony and his wife did an incredible job! we needed our 3,000 sq ft house cleaned to put on the market and with very little notice, Tony made it happen and our carpets look brand new!!! I understand why my realtor recommends him to everyone! with 2 little kiddos and 7 years of really living on our carpets, I didn’t have high expectations of the end result but Tony did his magic, took a lot of time and concentrated on every little spot/​stain he could find! Tony did a great job on our sectional sofa and was able to get out a badly soiled large spot in our living room carpet caused by our dog always laying in the same spot. He also pressure washed my wooden long back patio and made it look brand new. Also cleaned the carpets and mats in my mini-​van and cars. He keeps up to date on the latest carpet cleaning techniques and clearly knows what he is doing. Great prices too! Repeat customer here…

Tony was very prompt and my carpets look great. He provided me with a receipt for the service (which I could not get from another Discovery Bay carpet cleaner…). Tony knows what he is doing and is happy to discuss any issues your carpet may have. He also guaranteed the stains and offered to come back out if they reappear! It has been a year now, and the stains are still not back. Professional, prompt, and detail oriented.

Tony with Bel Air carpet cleaning service is very professional. He listened to my needs/​concerns for specific areas (high traffic, pet spots), fully explained how he would pre hand steam certain problem spots, how he would use different chemicals, detergents and PH rinses for the different cleaning stages. He was very thorough! My carpets turned out very nice, even though it had been years since they had been cleaned professionally. It has been 3 ½ weeks since Tony cleaned the carpets and they still look great. I did not have spots ‘come back’ as they often do after a cleaning, though Tony offered to come back no charge if I had any issues. I felt the value from his cleaning exceeded his quoted price, so I felt compelled to add 15%, and I’m on a budget!
I will highly recommend Bel Air to my friends.
