I suggest if you want a decent car that actually works dont go to BOBRUTHFORD… they are the most imcompetant, ignorant dealership I have ever dealt with n will never go there again n suggest noone else does either. I bought 2 vehicles from them and both have had nothing but problems even after they said they would fix those problems they only fixed what they wanted to fix… since i bought my car from there not even 5 months ago I have need, new brakes(that almost killed me cause they were so worn they were illegal), theb the alternator went bad, then the other day the battery went bad, my roof has a leak that they refuse to fix so now my new car is ruined. And thats just the begining. The SUV I bought from there has had several problems as well its broken down about 3 times since we got it, and I put down big deposits on these vehicles and bought 2 of then from him, you think they would give me cars that work. Go somewhere else, its a shame cause everyone asks where I got my Mustang but I will never ever tell them from Bob Ruth Ford… I tell them don’t go and Im tell you the same thing… How do they sleep at night selling a car to someone that almost killed them???

My husband and I went in today for a appointment to look at a truck. When we called we specifically said we wanted a USEDCHEVY! They had many on the lot so we began to search. The car salesman was extremely kind and nice however the dealership its self is extremely shady. They ran our credit, told us what we were accepted for. They told us we were approved for a FORD expedition. There was a Chevy on the lot for the same exact price as the Ford. They wouldn’t work with us or even. allow us to look at rhe truck. If we didnt take the Ford that was that. Now, YES, I understand this is a FORD dealership however we told them from the door what we were looking for. We drove a hour to see these Chevys they promised would be there and would put us in. Instead they tried to shove this Ford on us. Oh and FYI they wanted 7,000 $ for the SUV. It v had 150,000 miles on it and was in poor condition. My husband went for a truck and they tried to sell us a Lemon. We shall be dealing with anyone eles at this point. They wont negotiate on any prices and wont help you in any way to get you in the vehicle ypu want. If I could give zero stars I would. The salesman we dealt with deserved a much better work environment than that place.

I love car dealers that advertise something that they don’t have because it «just sold». I love it even more when the car dealership continues to advertise the item on their website 6 days later and even did a price reduction on it to get people into the dealership. There are laws that relate to this practice. The Code of Federal Regulations, in section 16, part 238.1 states the following: § 238.1 Bait advertisement. No advertisement containing an offer to sell a product should be published when the offer is not a bona fide effort to sell the advertised product. [Guide 1] The vehicle in question is a 2003 Chrysler Concorde LX with VIN: 2C3HD46R93H500344. I would encourage all prospective customers to research this dealership and verify that they actually have what you are attempting to buy.

Since writing my initial review, I was contacted by Bob Ruth Ford. I honestly believe that they are trying to change for the better and I would give them another shot at my business. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — Not impressed. I wanted to have a good experience. I hear all their commercials on the radio and expected to be impressed. Anyone who spend that much money on advertising had better follow through with experience. otherwise the money is wasted. The first time I went to look at cars, my father joined me since my husband was working. We looked at a few cars and decided I would bring my husband back – which I told the salesman. When we showed up again, the salesman seemed annoyed and uninterested. We had a substantial amount of money to put down on a car and were interested in buying. After that experience, I told my husband that I didn’t want to buy a car from Bob Ruth Ford. Had the salesman showed a little more interest and engaged us, I would have been more inclined to buy a car there.
