Great staff and great selection. Gia was patient, friendly, funny and helped us find exactly what we needed. She went above and beyond, and the other staff we talked to was just as customer service oriented. We are so happy with our order, and we would definitely come here before we go back to Cape Horn. We weren’t treated the best at Cape Horn recently, unfortunately.

To enhance your experience ask for «Nash.» She’s worked there forever and is quite knowledgeable about boots, footwear, ropes, saddles and just plain kicking ass.

Right off from Route 15, this is the kind of cowboy boot experience I was hoping to offer my wife.
This is the kind of store that makes you remember why stores are so special and so important for American culture; how small business owners who open places because it is their passion and how that shows through in their establishment. Their dedication to their customers having a comfortable and enjoyable experience is paramount. I remember our helper telling us, «we want everyone who comes in here to have happy feet.»
The staff was professional, very educated and not pushy at all. They understood the investment, quality and the value of products they carry as well as the price tag. So they had us take our time, and were gracefully patient throughout the process. This store has been around for 25+ yrs. Given the digital age we all now live in, and how that easily destroys businesses like this, I couldn’t be happier to support this place.
Plus, they carry the best products. My wife has wanted boots for years now, and didn’t feel right by getting them online. All the brands she looked at and heard the best reviews about were here. Moreover, by the people coming in and the helpers we had, we felt as though this would be something she would have and use for a long time.
In fact, they were so good that though we went in for m’lady, I ended up getting my very own first pair of goat skin with caiman inlay boots.

This is a Country clothing store selling stuff like boots, clothing, hats, accessories, etc.
I have been wanting to buy a pair of cowboy boots for myself for sometime now and have even tried going to this store a couple of times; each time I got there after the store closed for the day. That is one negative about this store — they don’t have normal retail business hours! Guess they don’t need that.
So I finally got there this past Sunday to buy me some boots! The store was busy for its standard and there was only one person assisting all the shoppers. I was impressed the way he managed to take care of everyone — we had to wait a bit but it wasnt too bad — he did not expect this kind of traffic on a Sunday afternoon!
So after about an hour of trying on boots, I finally settled on one that was to my liking. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable of the stuff he was selling and did not try to upsell at all.
They have a good selection of women and kids boots too…
So had a good buying experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy boots and such.
