Remax Properties of the Summit

I don’t know what it is about Remax, but they didn’t want to sell our place. We tried the Local Leadville Remax last year, (left a review) & then we tried the one in Frisco. We spoke to Butch Elich, well, I should say he spoke to us. He sat us down & told us stories for 3 hours. THREE HOURS! We heard all about his yoga classes, too. He did put a call in to an appraiser (left a message) & was to call us as soon as he heard back from him. We thought 3 hrs was a bit much, when he never really took our info on the condo, but oh well… at least he was going to call us & get our place up for sale. Never heard back from him.
Remax actually has 2 other condos listed for sale in our building, (14 units) but they don’t bother to even show them or advertise. REMAX IS A JOKE!!! Save your time & go somewhere else! (We’re now losing our condo, its going up for auction next month!) THANK YOU SO MUCH Remax for wasting all our time!
