The staff are largely incompetent, cannot complete print jobs according to even written instructions (print the wrong number of documents or on the paper) and they cannot meet the timelines they agree to. I gave them 3 chances and they failed miserably each time.
Even when shipping a package, they demonstrate laziness and rudeness, acting irritated that they have to interrupt their banter to stand and walk to the counter to accept a Fedex package.

I can’t believe there are no reviews for these girls! I know this store since Kinko’s time. I do my biz there for over 10 years and I need to say, it does not matter how annoying and difficult my project is, the girls will always try to do their best to satisfy my needs. They are very detail oriented and actual give a dime about the outcome of the project. Thank you! You rock! Frankie
