Worst Zaxby’s ever. I tried Zaxby’s in Nashville it was delicious this place needs new management! Do not drive out of your way for this location.

Its definitely pricey, but its worth the money spent. It is always fresh and tastes great… My favorite thing on the menu is the Cajun club. Its possibly my favorite sandwich on the planet as far as fast food goes…

Bad customer service. The lady up front looked like she didn’t want to even be there. Asked for a side and had to pay for it. When the first one I got was dried up.

Used to be good. Last visit I ordered grilled chicken salad and 5 traditional wings. When I got my order the salad looked like they dropped it on the floor then swept it up into the bowl including the hair on the bowl. I immediately turned around pointed at the hair and asked what y’all going to do about this? They were very apologetic and took it back to make me a new one. While waiting on my salad I sat down to enjoy my wings. I noticed the wings looked very pale almost white. When I bit into them several wings didn’t look thoroughly cooked. Totally disgusted with the quality especially considering not many customers there.

Have eaten here many times and dont have too many complaints. always have the finger plate always been good sometimes the service is a little slow or food comes cold but not often. dont care for their chicken wings though not to the best quality.

I’d never been to a Zaxby’s before so I had no idea what to expect other than the fact that they specialize in chicken. I was out with my 11 year old son who likes chicken, so I thought I’d give it a try.
This location is very clean. It’s located right in front of Lowes next to the Verizon store. They offer several sandwiches, chicken fingers, and salads along with kid sized food options. My son and I both went with chicken sandwiches.
The portions are large and the flavor is good. The sandwiches were very messy and I ended up using a fork to eat mine. I don’t expect a whole lot from fast food, so I wasn’t let down. My son on the other hand was thoroughly impressed. Zaxby’s is now one of his favorite places to eat.
