I placed an order online and got the email confirmation that this location would be fulfilling my order. I had some questions and a potential change of address so I called the store directly (twice). I was actually smiling both times I got off the phone with them. Not only did I speak to an incredibley nice person, she was sincerly happy to help me to make sure my order was delivered properly. Unfortunately, it’s so rare these days to have a positive customer service interaction, so I am extremely pleased and will be sure to call them with all of my future needs!
