Hate this whataburger. It gives a bad representation of every other whataburger. Every time we go to this one(only local whataburger) they mess up our order!!! It has gotten so out of hand. The staff is rude and very slow. Making orders can’t be this hard people. Learn to do your job.

First time at a whataburger. Not a good experience for me. I got a cheeseburger and it tasted like stale bread. I would choose sonic over this anyday. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly but I will not be back.

Terrible Everything. Texas has let me down today. People had suggested Whataburger since I arrived in TX and I pray this particular one was the Rough in the Diamond” I always try to find something positive to say about the places I eat, so here it goes. «Whataburger has Vanillia, Strawberry, chocolate and root beer shakes.» I’m sorry that I can’t tell you that the shakes are good, because I only had the chocolate and was disappointed so much by the meal that the shake was just average. Burger Bun Stale a week ago. Meat Smashed and charred. Fries cold and lifeless, as if you pulled an old McD’s fry out from under your car seat. Sticking with my one star… Never again Whataburger.

I generally love whataburger.. but not this one… Every single time I’ve gone here and order onion rings, they come out almost burnt and broken in pieces… I honestly believe the are throwing already cooked rings back in the oil to heat them up because they don’t wanna cook them fresh. I usually go through drive thru. last time went in and laid the rings out on the counter and asked them if they thought they looked ok to serve to someone… they admitted they were unacceptable and cooked some fresh ones while I waited… The problem is I shouldn’t have had to go into the store and cause a scene in order to get something cooked properly. The newer Whataburger on 646 in front of Walmart is awesome… always fresh and always meets or exceeds my expectations.. very friendly group of people… The one next to Heartbreakers… well… maybe it’s fine food for drunks that have just left the strip club that need to sober up a little before going home… but nowhere close to decent quality

You served me pink goopy undercooked chicken, forgot my cookie after you had just read my order back to me, and charged me for absent cheese on top of said pink undercooked chicken… no ma’am that is seriously not okay. Oh and I tried to call the number given on the receipt to try to tell you guys, and no one answered. all 3 times. I love Whataburger forever regardless, but this location is just terrible.

The most delicious fast food burger in the country. I don’t understand why so many people are not fans of this location. I have good experiences here every time. It’s close to the outlet, so this is a frequent late lunch stop for us. Usually, the place is not crowded, so there is no wait. The staff is also super friendly. The prices are good, the burgers are delicious — what’s there to dislike?!

Seriously, every time I go to this Whataburger they mess something up. Having STALE chicken tenders is disgusting. I’ll be going down the street to the Victory Lakes location for now on. I can’t even eat this dry pile of crap.

I love Whataburger! But, OMG if you want to eat in the same night. I DON’T recommend going to this one. Their staff isn’t very friendly & you will have wait at least 20 to 30 minutes. I’m not sure why it takes them so long to prepare their food

Been to a few Whataburgers between here and Plano; all were great. Despite being a California native, I have to admit Whataburger beats In and Out every time. The strawberry Fanta tasted like old cough syrup here though. No bueno.

Whataburger for lunch. Still the best fast food burger in Texas.
