Very frustrating place to deal with. They overcharged me twice. The first time, they took care of the issue. This last one, I can’t even reach them. I’ve called plenty of times. More than I choose too. Left multiple messages. No return call. Unfortunately, they own the market. They need competition.

Horrible place to do business. I am on my second rental car and once again it has left be beside the road. First time I had Williston Hertz to trade out the car. Now I am back in Dickinson and the sidewall on a tire split. Hertz road side service is worthless they told me I am out of luck because all they can do is tow it back to the closed hertz location because the car I am in does not have a spare tire. With the first car I called 23 times and never got an answer or a car back. This time I am on call 10 and still trying.

Terrible couldn’t care less service. Arrived 9:00m Sunday night with -12 °F temperature. There was no organized parking lot. No one to show where the car was. I had to drag my suitcases across rough land. No lights or signs in the field where the cars are parked. It took me 20 minutes to find the car and I was frosted in 2 senses. Returned the car Saturday morning to catch the early flight — no one at Hertz. They don’t open until 11:00 am. There are on, y about 4 flights per day. I think they could be bothered to be there. I rent from Hertz 2 or 3 time a month. I am used to being treated like a customer. At the Dickinson Hertz I was treated like an unimportant nuisance.
