First, hostess was kind enough to clean a preferred table. But that’s where good customer svc ended. After waiting 7 mins for a waitress to attend to us, we had to wave & ask for our waitress. After giving our lunch order & getting our drinks, we had to flag down our waitress & ask for silverware. My salad shld have come w/grilled pineapple & was not. It really frustrates me when food is not served as described in menu. And did we get water refills? Of course not! Had to ask again.

Flew in late and just made it on time before they closed. Service was great and with a smile even with us basically showing up at closing. And I have to say that it’s one of the best Chili’s I’ve been to. Chilis over all has really slipped lately when it comes to their quality. This Chilis is doing it right. Their salsa was a bit watery even for Chili’s salsa though. My only complaint actually. I had a salad, asked for my chicken to be well done and it was spot on.

Airport Chilis at breakfast time is not bad. I had the eggs, potatoes, bacon and pancake breakfast. Honestly to was good. My server was sweet and helpful(#tiffanyrocks). The place was clean and not pushy about getting me to leave. Overall a positive experience at DFW. But don’t get me started on the weather at this airport. Yikes.

We were at the airport about 2 hours before our flight. I ordered breakfast — pancake, egg, sausage, and potatoes. Aside from the potatoes, I’m fairly certain I could have had a better meal if I bought a microwave meal at Kroger. My guess is breakfast just isn’t their thing. Also, our server completely disappeared after the check was brought back to sign. I waited at least five minutes and never saw her again.

I like it enough to review it. Usually don’t partake in the restaurants at the airport but my husband and I have been traveling since 3 am so it was about time to get some grub! Not as crowded as I thought. Polite waiter refilled my drinks promptly(I was feeling parched) and we devoured the triple dipper in a heart beat! The menu was pretty much the same compared to other established Chili’s as well. Lots of margaritas sprinkled around me… It’s good to be in Texas.

This is for the Chili’s located in the Dallas International Airport in the heart of Texas. If you’re in between flights and have some time to kill and hunger gnawing at your belly — head over to Chili’s — yes it’s a chain, but they seem to take the time to serve good quality food, an abundant amount actually, and of course as quickly as possible. The 3 stars is because I was there at 9:50AM and breakfast stopped serving at 10:00 — which they stretched into my ten minutes ahead zone. No biggie, I opted for a guacamole topped turkey burger and it was fresh and delicious, I’d even hazard a guess that it was freshly prepped and not microwaved. The salted fries on the side were also nice fried planks of potato that were somewhere in between regular fries and a wedge — so pleasantly chubby fries! Best of all, I was desperate for an adult beverage and goodness knows most American based carriers today serve you absolutely nothing but a plate of stress; Chili’s serves up some great drinks and their Bloody Mary’s were quite scrumptious and certainly the stress reliever I was looking for before I boarded another overbooked flight to cram my body into a chair the size of something I sat in when I was in the 5th grade.

This place is very predictable. As in very good food. Quick service. Courteous servers. If you have s flt to catch. Get it to go they will pack it up. Also cold beer and kick ass margaritas.

Service is a bit off but the menu is on point. Nice spot for a beer & a snack on those hefty layovers.

No restroom inside and the outside restrooms are a 5 min walk away… Annoying. Service was slow…

Affordable pricing for an airport, not much more than buying it on the outside! Menu is almost the full complement of the standalone restaurants so I can’t complain. Our waitress was great and timely(which is a must when traveling). Food was great and didn’t taste like it’d been sitting around all day waiting for someone to buy it.

It’s an airport Chilli’s. I hadn’t been in one in years. Unfortunatley, the table was dirty AFTER they cleaned it. I’m not an expert at cleaning, but spreading someone else’s scraps over the table in a circular fashion isn’t cleaning. It wouldn’t bankrupt them to get some disposable towels with Lysol or Clorox. Just saying. As for the good, it was decent and nothing to complain or remember.

No complaints, especially for an airport version. I had a trio of seafood tacos — they were quite tasty. Fast service — clearly have the airport speed down. Not terribly welcoming, but it gets the job done when you want some food that isn’t in a bag at the airport!

Ewwwwwww!!! Nasty!!! I just watched a lady«clean» off a table. She used the broom to sweep off the seats and then the floor and then the table!!! Did she wipe off the table with a bleach rag then? NO!!! That’s just way nasty. FDA needs to inspect this place!!!

Was on a layover, and the food took 40 – 45 min to come out. Watched 2 other tables eat and leave before I got my food. When it finally came out, the food was hot and tasty, but will not visit this chili’s on a layover again. Waitress was no where to be found for 15 – 20 min at a time. Will not visit on a layover again.

Consistency of a Chili’s in the airport. Sizable menu and bar. I was actually impressed with the number of items that they could prepare gluten free. On my most recent visit it was a touch slow which is something to consider when in a hurry. Our waitress was ok, but we were impressed by the manager who came out to visit with us upon ordering. Despite the mediocre review, I would recommend this as a reliable restaurant in DFW.

Came in this Sunday and it was super packed. However we managed to get a table quickly since there was two of us. I always order the mango Arnold Palmer with sweet tea and mango flavoring. I would like to note that they keep changing/adding the menu and it’s only getting better. I ordered the smoke house wings. The smokey flavor was great. They came with a BBQ sauce. I didn’t try it cause it’s not really my forte. I like my wings a little more crispy so ask for that if that’s your preference. I’ve tried plenty off the menu. Nothing until today was like«OMG, I’ve got to get to Chilis to order that again» except for the wings. I always get good service here and my food is served in a good time… Plus my best friend loves this place so why not.

Britany and Bree bring such positive energy to this place. What wonderful servers. Makes traveling a little less dreary. As a bonus, if you sit at the bar they have outlets underneath to charge your electronics. GREAT idea

It’s a sad state of affairs when Chili’s is the best option in the terminal. I had a pretty decent layover at the Dallas airport, and I wanted somewhere to sit down and have a meal. The staff was… Less than friendly. This place was hopping, which I know can be rough as a server but when you serve someone food and they have no silverware, you gotta expect they’ll ask for it. One would think I requested to have someone spoon feed me! I did eventually get silverware, and my food was decent. Typical for Chili’s. My ticket was dropped off before I was ready(I still had time and was pondering dessert), but that’s ok. It’s a decent place to grab a bite if you have time in the C terminal. It is definitely not fast so I wouldnt stop unless you have an hour or more to wait before your flight.
