The airport is typically a place where the overpriced products, are offered to a public held hostage by delayed flights, and due to the monopoly… We PAY! The staffs typically in the airport are substandard, and fail in the knowledge department. All that being said… I ran into the exact opposite! Joseph Denis took me from a novice looking for a headset with noise cancellation, into a savvy buyer. He took a huge amount of time and demonstrated a number of different headsets, showing the benefits and features of each. I then asked for the information to be written out and that upon my return flight would buy. He wasn’t pushy at all and the prices were actually less than several of the big box stores.
So — Simplify:
Service — OUTSTANDING
Price — Reasonable
Product availability — Superb
Only trouble you have is that you will have to get through security.
