Short version: Took them 60 days and a string of fibs to replace 2 pieces of siding around my garage. This should have been a half-day job. Then they threw a tantrum and threatened to put a lien on my property when I told them I planned to take an equally long 60 days to pay them their $ 535. When I complained to the BBB and State AG’s Consumer Protection office about their lien threat, PCS told them their 60-day delay was due to «inclement weather.» Hilarious given that their excuses throughout the 60 days ranged from«our truck wouldn’t fit on your street» to «we weren’t aware that we hadn’t finished» to «one of our workers hurt his eye» but was never once weather-related. Only one conclusion to draw: Mr. and Mrs. Hyon(I don’t mind using their names now as it’s been mentioned here by another reviewer) are chronic liars. Longer version: Beware this contractor. They are unethical in their business practices, perform shoddy, amateurish work using substandard materials, and utilize what legally constitutes harassment by their so-called«dumb secretary,» «finance department,» «collections department» or «controller» depending on what she feels like calling herself on any given day. Expect to spend additional time and money on your own completing their unprofessional work. Then expect to be ceaselessly intimidated and harassed by them. I have lodged complaints against them with the Better Business Bureau and the PA State Attorney General’s Office Consumer Complaints division. The site below is posted to further alert homeowners about this unethical company. I’ll let their own words speak for them. Here is 100% of my correspondence with them starting in July, 2013 after I had agreed to their price on replacing 2 pieces of siding around my garage.
