This, company has had me sitting for over a month with excuse after excuse as to why they don’t have at least one part. It took 2 weeks to get the first parts and i have been sitting another 2, for a part i googked and saw coukd be ordered Nd deli ered next day. They started off nice but week after week and I actually should have been the person most upset but they seemed frustrated at me for calling every week to see when installation would take place. They actually offered to install part of the order but had told me the fan cover or shroud (missing part) would protect fan/​motor. Who would have them install and risk breaking parts that took weeks to get? Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

EXCELLENT!!! These people are so honest and courteous! They really stand behind their goldern rule motto. I had Shafer SErvices come by to diagnose why my AC wasn’t heating most of the house, their quote for duct repairs $ 2,200! Called Golden Rule after checking their perfect score in BBB (Better Business Bureau), they are a CPS Energy rebate contractors, and the good reviews online. David (may be the owner?) came by and quoted me $ 209 for the repair (including the service charge). Wow! Talk about HONESTY AND GOOD WORK! AC has been working fine since then. REceptionist is very friendly too. It is so hard to find good HVAC companies that aren’t out to steal money from people. THANKS GOLDEN RULE
