I went in this past Saturday for a sandwich. I told the cashier that I would pay for my sandwich and my friend, who was in line behind me. The last sandwich artist and cashier messed up and gave my meatball marinara to the customer ahead of me, but we didn’t realize this mistake until the customer ahead of me was already out the door. The last sandwich artist and cashier stood there awkwardly not knowing what to do or say. They told me it would take ~8 minutes to cook up more meatballs, but I was frustrated and canceled my order. My friend in line behind me ended up paying for both our sandwiches, even though I never got anything. Terrible service.

Food is typical Subway fare. I usually just get the meatball sub, though they have the full Subway menu. They keep it pretty clean in there. The service is pretty fast and the workers are pretty respectful. It won’t knock your socks off, but it’s an acceptable place to go for lunch. They don’t get much business outside of lunch, so the food might not be as fresh if you go during non-peak hours. On a side note, the manager has one of the more interesting Midwestern accents I have heard.
