I miss when the old staff was there. They keep changing their cooks. The one that is there now is awful. Plus our orders are always wrong. Will be going to Galexy coney

The new owners are garbage, the service is very bad and nasty. The lady clean her knife with her shirt, touch my bread with bare hands. Messy and nasty restaurant. Wish Mary never sold it.

Mary’s Grill is my go to spot when I am in the neighborhood. They offer breakfast specials and you can order carryout. I have only had the breakfast and it’s a keeper with turkey sausage. Mary’s only has a small parking lot, but offer two ways in off Schoolcraft or Schaefer. The accept cash and credit. You can dine in and will see regulars drinking coffee before work. It’s a diner with a lot of nostalgia.

Stopped here for lunch one day while working in Detroit. Good, simple blue collar diner fare thats was generously proportioned and very tasty for a good price. Friendly service that made us feel welcome despite the the fact that we were obviously not locals.
