Bob’s demeanor on the phone was the main reason I decided to check this place out for a quote. He talked through the repairs as he inspected the car. His quote was easy to understand and the encounter was low pressure. He told me to take the weekend to think it over. I went to another establishment for a second quote. The price was higher and the shop’s vibe did not make me as comfortable. I called Bob Monday morning and he said «come on in.» He called to schedule a rental and pickup from Enterprise. He worked to have my car ready by Friday so I didn’t have to keep the rental over the weekend. Although the final cost was a little more than the quote, the receipt clearly explained why and he also described the paint technique he had to use to perfectly match the car’s original paint. Great experience. Took my car in and within 10 minutes, Bob identified all of the parts I needed. Then he proceeded to show me all of my options for each part and explained the pros and cons of each one. In the end I paid half of what I was expecting to and spent no more than 30 min total in the shop.

This is the place to go if you don’t want to deal with going to a collision shop.
Painless, absolutely hassle-​free experience. Bob went out of his way to provide me with great customer service at a fraction of the dealer-​quoted price. They even cleaned and vacuumed out my lease to make it look nice and pretty when I returned it.
