Outback Steakhouse

Horrible. Everything about this place is zero stars. The customer service the food I mean everything I will never go back to this location let alone outback period. I’ll just do salt grass or Texas Roadhouse

This was my first time not only at this Outback but to any Outback Steakhouse. I always wanted to try it but I don’t really buy steak. I had a Unilocal friend that told me that they had burgers a while back (years) and so yesterday I came to try it. Is it a sport bar and grill or do they just have a couple of tv’s about– don’t know. It’s tables, booths, and seating at the bar from what I saw. I sat at a two seated booth area that was comfortable. I didn’t see much of the décor but it did seem like seating almost started when you walked in.
My waitress was Rebecca and she was ever so nice. I’m never the one that needs much but I can say that I wanted for nothing. She asked often was I okay and I appreciate that.
I want to say I ordered the Bloomin’ Burger. It had some of their special bloomin’ onions and a spicy sauce on it. Fries, drink of soda and a mini dessert also. It wasn’t a big burger but had a great taste My dessert was the Minister Chocolate Parfait with bits of Oreo’s throughout. Babyyyy it was so good. Everything was delicious.
I will most likely come back.

Love Outback, but not this location! Service was horrible. We need a location in Waxahachie or Midlothian.

We always order to go and the service was okay. Slow to answer the phones sometimes.

Actually read reviews and have been to probably 20 – 30 Outbacks and the service was great for us. We arrived at 530pm on a Tuesday and the crowd was light not full at all.
Server/​bartender greeted us immediately. Placed our order, been here so many times that we normally stick to the same thing. Husband order a 6oz MR Filet with a baked potato, shrimp on the Barbie and sautéed mushrooms with a house salad with tangy tomato dressing. He said everything was great, he did think the mushrooms had more wine in it then usual.
I ordered a house salad with blu cheese dressing and their appetizer Shrimp on the Barbie. Tasted fine, sorta wished the tomato relish was on top of sourdough bread. I love the sauce soaked into the bread.

Food is good as you can expect but our server Leanne? is an amazing and great server. Will always ask for her when I come back!

Yeah… It’s as bad as the reviews note. I should have listened. Not one employee in this place gives a shit about anything, honestly.

Worst phone service ever I even had a lady that yelled at me. So I canceled my order because if you’re capable of yelling at a costumer there is no telling what she will do with my food

Great food! Horrible service. We had to ask for things 3 and 4 times before we could ever get it.

Had a work trip in Dallas, was super tired and about to begin the drive back to Austin when I saw the Outback off the highway and had to pull over! Sat at the bar, had a nice juicy 14oz ribeye, baked mac & cheese and fresh veggies. Service was quick and efficient, bar tender was super friendly and helpful. Was a great meal, Outback always delivers!

I went here about 10 years ago and it was awful — absolutely tasteless. Some friends went last year and talked about how good it was so I went back and it was good. Went back a couple of weeks ago and it wasn’t that the food was bad, food was fine (nothing great though), but everything else was nasty. Service was terrible and the place was filthy!!! Table was dirty (after they halfhazardly wiped it down). Even the front door looked like someone washed the windows with a dirty rag. Bathrooms disgusting. I think that’s the last time I’ll go. YUCK! Luckily no bad stomach after effects. PLUS, I think they put Sprite in their margaritas (What?).

I went to Outback and the service was great. Our server was outstanding and the food was ok. The manager came by a couple of times to check on us. I always enjoy my food at Outback but this time I will go back for the great service I received.

Horrid! DON’T DO IT!
Water didn’t come out until she brought the salad. She then brought out a RARE pork chop, sent it back & ordered a steak. 15 mins later when we asked where it was the waitress told us that they put our reorder at the END of the ticket line and tgat she was not happy. Asked for a manager…25 mins later we got my steak WELL DONE and not wood fired.
The manager finally came over. He was nonapologetic and condescending. Told us «dinner was on him» WHAT DINNER? My mom’s salad?
This restaurant DOES NOT represent outback as a brand very well at all. Employees play off of the attitude of the manager. He is a bad leader and it shows in his staff…

I love Outback but I should have read the reviews on this location before going. Service was terrible which evidently is not the first time here. I sat at the bar, had a beer and placed my order. Had to ask for bread (more on that later) and then comes my steak, to which my comment was «where is my salad?» You guessed it as first I got my steak followed by the salad and eventually the bread. Won’t be back to this location.

Food was good but service was HORRIBLE! Had to ask for water, Splenda, steak sauce etc at least three times before receiving them and it took about 15 minutes to get my drink from the bar. I will NOT ever come back to this location.

Slow kitchen tonight. Other people had lots of problems with food but ours was good once we got it. Blackberry sangria rocks

The steak was dry and terrible friendly service prices are high especially for what you get

easy to find and plenty of parking. went there with a group of 6 and we were seated right away. the server took our order and we thought we were golden! but it took awhile to get our steak sauce so we had to wait. the server was friendly. will be back

The 1 star is because the food was ok.
The staff have zero care for customer service. I watched 3 texting while working, they were sitting in the bar talking to the bartender witch none of them watched what they were saying. The service was flat out SLOW. I have never had that bad of a experience

I really wanted to rate this a one, but the food was OK (not great, but…) even though the service itself was awful. I am almost at a loss to explain how disinterested the waitress was or the manager whose attention I brought it to was after that. Not going to get into a lot of details, but waitress basically tossed the bread board onto three tables at once (even though it was lunch time and not terribly busy yet, everyone was forced to sit right next to other occupied tables and served by one waitress) without putting plates out. My son had 7 french fries on his plate. When I approached the manager at the hostess station, I almost had to accost her to get her to pay any attention to me. Only went here because we were at the zoo and had a gift certificate that we had been waiting until my wife’s birthday to use for lunch. Never again at this location. I have been to plenty of Outbacks (years in a travel position), but this one is in its own category of bad.
Edit — Going to up this to a 3 until my next visit because of the personal contact made by one of the managers.
