Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I always use this location because it the one nearest to my home and every time I come in they are so nice and helpful. I had made my reservation on line and had intended to up grade but some how it did not happen and the representative Julian did it with no problem. I have never had a bad experience with Enterprise and I have been using them for a longtime. Thanks for the GREAT Customer service.

Maybe I just haven’t ran into this problem before, and I don’t know what I’m talking about. Enterprise says they are the company that picks u up, drop off too I imagine. I’ve never seen the commercial that says we don’t drop you off on the weekends. They put me in a bind and I’m very displeased with their service. Plus they weren’t busy and had two extra people sitting around. They could have made and exception. I bet if the woman in charge would have been managing a branch in white colony, rides would be given.

I know for some people a car rental place is just a car rental place, but I must say that every time I rent from this location I am treated very well.
Over the many years of driving I’ve unfortunately either been in an accident or two (I wish people would seriously stop texting and driving!), and each time I take advantage of my car rental option. Each time I’ve been shook up and deeply annoyed, but this location always manages to take the pain out of the process. They’ve gone above and beyond the call of duty before and even corrected problems from other locations when it came to procuring my vehicle.
It is really nice to know that they will always be dependable, honest with what they can and cannot do, and are willing to go the extra mile in customer service when life has thrown a curve-​ball.
