I wish I had read these reviews before renting from this location. The home we are renting was not kept up during the months it was vacant which has lead to the need for a few repairs. Getting in contact with someone is almost impossible since they are never in office and voicemails are not returned. The property I am renting had a hole in the roof for over a month before they sent anyone to do a repair. (They only fixed the outside the sheetrock is still falling and now growing mold) The home owner had approved the repair they just never followed up with the vendor. Despite multiple calls to follow up the repair was marked completed even though nothing had been done. To make matters worse power was knocked out in certain parts of the home during the repair and the office has not responded to any of my request for repair. The management team is only there to collect a check and is simply neglecting the property.

I went through this company when leasing a condominium from an owner between 2010 and 2013. During my stay, there were many requests that were not handled timely, at all, or to my satisfaction. I was never compensated for the new thermostat that I had to purchase upon move-​in or the repairs that were needed when my bathroom flooded. My leasing agent, Julie Leeds failed to inform me of problems with rent payment until the late fees were well beyond unaffordable. She would then argue with me about how busy she was and that she could not handle her work load. Ion moving out, they nickel and dimmed me for repairs that weren’t needed, batteries for smoke detectors that they had just put in and dust on Window seals that settled after cleaning the entire place. I lost over half of my deposit due to up charges and things that could have been replaced for just a few dollars. If you can avoid using them, I HIGHLY recommend going through another company that employs honest people and abides by some form of moral and ethical code. These people are not worth your time and no home is worth using their services.
