Terrific place to fuel up on gasoline, coffee, and snacks… Never had any problems here with the people working the registers whatsoever, nor have they with me. It always seems like a very simple experience coming to this place. A couple of times I’ve waited in line because it was busy as other customers decided on which scratch-​off lottery to purchase.

I was followed and watched by the cashier just because I look younger and I was completely INSULTED! I admit I took a bit of time in the candy isle as I was waiting for a reply from friends who I needed to buy for. He proceeded to watch me this whole time and as I was on the phone interrupt me and say «What’s the wait? It’s just gum!» I said «Sir this is candy not just gum thanks though!» He shook his head and watched me from the register as he had customers waiting which he held up as he was pestering me! The only thing I liked was how he gave me a rewards discount card thing and saved me .45 cents which is a lot being a struggling college kid but other than that prices were overpriced for the poor quality of food AND service! Damn boy!

I actually like this place, and it’s hard to say that at times for a gas station. Out of the last ten times I’ve been there I can only say one of their people are rude but the rest of the folks are great!
The other reviews say they don’t have the extra perks of the other locations and that’s true but for the area I have to say I like them better than the 7 11’s in the area.
Their stuff seems to be pretty fresh and I love their choices of coffee for this rough Monday blues!

The employees are very rude and don’t care about customers. They can have a line of 10 customers waiting to pay and don’t care. They are more concerned about their personal conversations they are having.
This place is at a busy location which makes it convenient to stop at, but the customer service is so poor. There are other gas stations to use, and I recommend driving past this place.

This Speedway doesn’t have as many perks as the bigger location on Touhy nor is the price the same, it’s a few cents off. Does it matter? (You can go online to their website to search for locations and they offer you the pricing on gas) Speedway isn’t known for high octanes, their repeat customers don’t mind low octane and love the perks of fresh coffee, food for quick purchase and constant supply of standard fountain and Slurpee type beverages. The ice machines here taste funky, the ice makes the drink taste like it’s got too much of a starchy like taste. Since it’s a mechanical failure you have a hard time explaining that to the management. They just say, well, get something else that you like. Really this review is here for anyone at Speedway that can get this problem rectified. Maybe a water line with a water filter would help. I even purchased a bottle of Coke and added it to their ice, it was bad. Please fix. Or don’t I can just get fountain anywhere I suppose, but the prices are better here.
