After still receiving invoices for work I asked not to be continued, I now will express my opinions.
I waited patiently for over two weeks for an estimate from Josh K for power washing. After email attempt after email attempt. I was given no estimate or any reason why I was being avoided. I was an existing, happy customer at the time. I had my business using their window cleaning bi weekly with no problems. But I don’t think its fair I need to beg and plead to give them more of my business. So I contacted Maria in the office to cancel my services completely. Well after over 3 months and attempt after attempt to call and cancel. One lady says my account is cleared, next month Maria sends an invoice.
What a disorganized office that must be. They would have gotten MORE business. But because of their lack of professionalism, I now write a scathing Unilocal review. With only 1 review… I see why I should have probably just looked elsewhere to begin with.

What a great company! The girls in the office are wonderful and very professional. I felt I needed to write this review after seeing what the last person wrote which was just wrong! I have spoken the the girls in the office about billing questions in the past and they have always been able to answer my questions in a timely manner. I have only wonderful things to say about this company. I recommend them all the time for window cleaning!
