Do not use these cleaners. This gentleman runs this company and another cleaning company under the name of Power Cleaning Pro. I had reservations because the man on the phone didn’t really speak English and couldn’t really answer my questions very well but went with it anyway. We had him clean a 4,000 dollar sofa which was white… He left it PINK. He said it was the solution and would dry clean but it is stained pink. The chemicals were so strong all of our eyes were burning and when I complained he said the solution is totally organic. Worst thing, we noticed our wallet was stolen off of our counter. I called and complained to the office and woman said she would refund the cost to clean the sofa. Check never came. I called again and she wouldn’t answer my call. I have called and called and now they say they don’t clean carpets and have no idea what I am talking about. STAY AWAY.

The tech doubled the price on the walk-​through blaming the phone taker for the error. They hadn’t brought the equipment for cleaning the dryer vent as arranged. Tried to refuse a credit card or check because it was under $ 150. I was ready to call it off when the tech decided to give me a «good price».
Done shampooing, I pointed out two small mustard stains. He poked at them with a finger, said he thought it was dog urine, then ignored them. I asked ‘did you clean behind the sofa?’ He said ‘yes’. I moved the sofa after they left. It was dirty and bone-​dry.
I called the company and told the answerer about the missed area and the lie. He said he was out of the office and would find out ‘what happened’. Umm, I had just told him what happened? I’ve sprayed the mustard with Resolve, resigned to doing it myself. What a ripoff.
