Everybody is usually always nice, but I have to give credit to Tanya today… I was having a really difficult night and I’m not going to go into details, but she made me remember that there is still hope and good people on this earth. People like her give potbelly a good name & that’s why they would always go back. Please give her a raise because she deserves it !

Terrible Service! Called ahead for an order and they didn’t say anything on the phone and hung up, I had to call back and they answered the phone again, I said«Hello?» and she said«Yes?». What company answers the phone like that? I work for a hotel and we would be fired if that happened! This location has terrible customer service and just a lack of empathy to help anyone. It wasn’t even 10AM and I had to wait till Noon to pick up an order for 3 sandwiches because they had 25 orders ahead of me.

Best Pot Belly’s location for sure! Every team member is super nice and there food is always really good. They also deliver and are always either early or on time in scheduled window! They even called to ensure we were satisfied with our order, Love them! Thanks !!!

So this was my first time at a Potbelly, and now I’m really wishing we had one in Orlando! I had the roast beef sandwich and a lentil/turkey/kale soup. Both were delicious! I hope I can come back soon to try other stuff from the menu. My wife had a salad that looked absolutely delicious! We ordered a cookie(my wife raved about one she had at another location) and dream bar. Unfortunately neither lived up to the hype. Nevertheless, I will make a point of visiting Potbelly next time I’m in Chicago!

I’ve been to this location many times and can’t wait to have an early more showtime, so I can stay at a nearby hotel and walk to this location. My go to drink is a strawberry malt shake with Oreo and whatever sandwich strikes my fancy. All have been good. This time I knew I was going out later for a meal and wanted something smaller. I googled to find out if they had a kid menu and found a secret menu! I ordered the meatball with cheddar and hot peppers. There is even a secret section for desserts and shakes! I ordered an Oreo with the shortbread. I usually leave stuffed and if I had room in my food bag, then would have ordered their biggie and just ate half and then would have saved the other half. I know… It won’t be the same, but at least I can savor the other half and remember how good it was the day before…

Great place to stop for lunch before or after a flight out of ORD. Order a Lucky 7 off the secret menu and a shake, and you’ve got yourself a perfect, gluttonous lunch!

I really like PotBelly. Their wraps and flats are really good and always filled with plenty of fixin’s. The staff is always really friendly, greeting you when you come in and thanking you as you leave. Lunch time can seem like it is too crowded but they get the line moving so fast that you rarely wait more than 5 minutes or so to order.

We all know airport food can be gross and not very fresh. We go to our terminal expecting to grab something overpriced and unhealthy. Along comes Potbelly — a pleasant surprise at O’Hare. I can’t give this place 5 stars. It was not mind-blowing. But it was delicious and fresh. It’s sort of like a better version of Quiznos. I got the Turkey Club(upsized) with avocado. It was great, but way too big! Next time I will definitely stick with the regular size. I forget that Americans know how to eat! The staff was very friendly and really I can’t make any complaints. Even the prices were decent. Will definitely go back here when I’m at O’Hare in the future.

I received wonderful customer service with Rebecca and Rose tonight. I came from the airport and really just needed a snack and those two made me have this sandwich that made my night. A wreck with cheddar cheese is inspirational. These two ladies are hysterical. Rose talks jokes and Rebecca laughs. Come here if you want a smile.

Here I am in Chicago for work and I really craved a breakfast andwhich. The place was pretty much empty but I was psyched how friendly the staff was here. The sandwich: egg, ham, swiss, hot peppers and mushrooms Hit the spot.

Food is delicious, of course, but staff was truly great. So friendly and welcoming. I will be coming back. Great free wi-fi and clean restaurant.

This is my favorite Potbelly shop… one of the Managers named Dan obviously knows customer service and it shows up in the staff attitude. Food is always fresh and done to specs… it’s nice to have a friendly place to eat near work

I’ve been here plenty of times for work and I have always experienced the same great, Potbelly’s service! We like to go to lunch around 1130, so we just barely beat the lunch rush. Even if we’re a little later and just like any Potbelly’s, their team knows how to be attentive, quick, and friendly while pumping out hundreds of delicious sammies/subs. I always go with the Wreck(with everything!)…maybe one day I will spread my wings, but you can’t go wrong with the Wreck. If you’re planning on sitting down with a large group(+3−4), make sure you do beat the lunch rush… and ENJOY!

I came here for a quick lunch break from work nearby. The parking lot was jam packed. I guess go early or late, not at prime lunch time. Once we found a spot and got inside it surprisingly didn’t take that long to work through the line. I ordered a Skinny T-K-Y and it came in a little number $ 5, was tasty, and I felt like I was eating healthier than other closeby lunch options. We actually sat for a bit to eat our food and didn’t have problems finding a seat. I think this is mostly take out at lunch time.

Food is always good here! Today I had to wait 10 minutes before someone came out to serve me. Even though the place was empty. I saw 3 employees in the back of the store but none of them noticed that I had been waiting.

Since the Late 80’s-early 90’s when I used to frequent the Original Potbelly’s on Lincoln Ave. in Chicago, I have never eaten a Potbelly sandwich that I didn’t really, really like, and occasionally adore(The Wreck, with everything + hot peppers). Deliciousness and Consistency, over decades, over many locations… is why we keep coming back. Nice job, Potbelly! You’ve kept what matters, and ignored what doesn’t.

I’m in town for work this week, and despite the choices I have in the immediate walkable area(i.e. Harry Cary’s), I keep coming back to this Potbelly’s. Yeah, yeah, I know it’s a chain but the other Potbelly’s I’ve been to weren’t as awesome for sure. I’ll tell you why: 1. The employees I came in contact with(dinner time, around 6:30pm) are all super nice and take lots of care in making the sandwiches, salads, shakes, etc. This is really refreshing! 2. Food is solid — I had a Mediterranean(with chicken) sandwich one day, and had a chickpea salad on another. Both were really tasty, and the entrees I saw other people eat looked equally great. Got French onion soup too one of those days, but it wasn’t anything spectacular — just kinda salty, cornstarchy thickened stuff; left a peppery aftertaste but it was a good contrast to the salad. One more thing I’d recommend — the spicy olive stuff was awesome.

This potbelly store meets the Potbelly status quo. I mean, how can you really differentiate one location from another? If they are doing things correctly, teh food and service really should be the same at every location. So, the staff is usually pleasant and the food is good. Not gourmet but it works. I still like the chicken salad salad. Prices are not bad. The parking lot can be brutal, not enough spots and sometimes a death trap to get out but otherwise this is a good spot to get fresher faster food by the airport.

Classic: One word that has quickly become an accurate description of the empire that is Potbelly. Some may argue that a sandwich is just a sandwich, but even the naysayers will raise an eyebrow upon their first bite. I do find it hard to stray away from the Wreck sammich but I doubt I’ll dislike anything on the menu(except anything pickle-related). I can probably boost the rating to a flush 5 when I explore the menu further, however I’ll have to hold off until the disposable income becomes… well…disposable. I can’t quite count how many times the lunchtime conversation will carry on from the car to the line in Potbelly, and up until the table, then go absolutely dead once everyone begins eating. The only words heard would be those of negotiations to share bites. If you couldn’t already tell Potbelly is probably my favorite(chain) sandwich place, as opposed to say, Jersey Mike’s…or that other place, Way Sub or something. I’m not hating on the other choices because, yeah, I eat there too, it’s just that when given a choice I’m going to select PB. This particular location was nice, but they are pretty much all the same. I don’t mind it because I don’t go there for a unique experience, I go for a guaranteed delicious sandwich and quick service. I would like go for the live musicians one day, I went to one in Normal, IL and it was pretty cool, I wouldn’t mind checking it out around the NW burbs area. If you’ve come to Unilocal to decide if today’s the day you try Potbelly, I say go for it and get the works.

Before leaving Illinois to go home to Scottsdale, there was one last thing we needed to do before getting on a flight at old Butch O’Hair Field. That’s right, we needed to pickup a Pot Bellies for the flight! That’s because getting a Lou Malnati’s would have been messy and we probably would have to share. LOL This store was new to us as we drove down Milwaukee for the Toll Road, so we stopped in. We ordered the«big» roast beef and a meatball to go. And, it actually stayed fresh until hours later when we opened them to enjoyed our sandwiches. Ah, planning ahead can be nice sometimes, and it certainly beat the prices at ORD.
