This Panera is right across the street from me. It’s okay, but sort of dark and gloomy. Staff is friendly. My favorite Asian Chicken salad is no long on the menu so I ordered the Strawberry chicken salad. There was hardly any chicken in the salad. I won’t order it again.

Did mot love the soup today. Although the workers were very nice. The tomato soup was thick and cold. Will have to try something else next time!

I’ve not been to Panera in months, let alone years, but I went there to use a gift card. Got two large hot chocolates, service was ok, nothing great really. I like their hot chocolate, so three stars, otherwise, unless I’m getting breakfast, I generally don’t go.

Twice my family has been to the DP Panera and it was around seven PM and we ordered some soup in bread bowls and they were out of bread bowls. So, we ordered just soup and we wanted bread on the side and they said they were out of bread and could only give us apples or chips. I do not want to dip my apple in my soup! What they should have done is offered a bagel as the side. Take the word bread off your sign Panera. Why else would we come here. pS the tomato soup tastes like ketchup. And they were all out of the seasonal soup and so was the randhurst store. Ugh!

I use their«Rapid Pick-Up» option a lot to grab lunch before work. They always get my order right and have it ready within the promised 10 minutes… so I wanted to give them 5 stars!

I used too really like this place. I would go about 5 to 6 times a week. I now go once a week because I meet a friend there on Saturday for coffee. The service has become awful, all of their good employees seem to be gone. I now go to Starbucks, so much better.

Sooooo expensive, as are all panera breads. $ 16.36 for a sandwich, soup and coffee. At least it tasted good. That’s why it gets 3 stars.

Not sure what is going on with this Panera location but the service and food quality seems to get worse each week. I stopped in to get my usual Pick 2 Greek with chicken and and a soup late one evening about 15 minutes before closing time. I peeked into my to go bag and asked the food preparation person if there was salad dressing in the box because it looked there wasn’t any. He reassured it was. I get home, starving after working my full time job as well as part time job, and there is no salad dressing and guess what? FROZENCHICKEN!!! Not cold, but seriously FROZENSOLID!!! Needless to say, I went to bed hungry. They apologized when I called about it and gave me a $ 6,00 food voucher to replace the salad, but I am sorry, it is still ridiculous to serve people frozen food. When I came in to order I even asked if they were sure it was not too late to place an order, they said oh no your in plenty of time. Then a few days later on a Saturday night, I take my kids there, we use the voucher, the place closes at 9PM, we were not quite finished eating at 9 and the manger said he was sorry but we needed to leave so he can set some alarm, he would be happy to pack our remaining food in a to go container. FYI the employees were all still cleaning up the place. In all my years of eating out I have never been asked to leave during my meal, the business always lets you finish your food. It was only 10 minutes after 9 and they were not going anywhere, they were still cleaning the dining room. Then on another to go visit from this location, ingredients are missing from the salad, no peppers and no onion??? Getting crazy there, I guess I will have to go to the Niles location instead.

This Panera is right behind my apartment so would have been super convenient for me to frequent, however, it’s not because sometimes I can’t even get in the door — like today. The staffing is horrible. There are NEVER enough people ringing up customers and the lines are excruciatingly long. In the morning, on a weekday, the few times I was able to get in,(and it never matters if it’s 6AM or 10AM), it takes sooooooo long to get rung up and to get my food. A few times, I’ve actually walked out and just went over to McDonalds. Today I found out that this location is bird-friendly! I was outside getting ready to walk in to order. I had my two dogs with me and my husband. My husband was going to wait outside while I went in and ordered. Right before I went in, a woman walked in with a LIVEPARROT on her shoulder. I waited outside to make sure she was kicked out and she didn’t come out, so I called the manager from my cell phone. I told him I wasn’t ever eating there again if birds are allowed. I asked if I could bring my dogs in since birds are allowed and he said birds and dogs are not allowed in there. My husband went in and said it seems by the conversation with her that this woman is allowed in there with the bird on a regular basis. This seems like it’s probably true because the manager(named Mark) let her stay in the restaurant, finish ordering and wait for her food. I will NEVER come back to this facility again. There are other places to eat breakfast around here like McDonald’s and Sugar Bowl so problem solved.

First, the recording drives me crazy. Why such a lengthy recording? Most people can read the address online or already know the location. Soups can be online. When calling in an order to be delivered I want to place the order and say good-bye.

Just stopped in for breakfast and there was one person doing the register and one person making the food. There were numerous employees around but no one else hopped into either area to help with expediting the processes. Very disappointing when it should have taken half the amount of time it did.

It’s a chain, what can I say. People go here for a quick, reliable meal, nothing fancy. We are walking distance from here and come maybe 2 times a month. Staff is nice, they try to keep the area clean but it may be difficult around rush times.

Disappointed this panera, as well as the park ridge location, didn’t have the promoted seasonal new soup, «Autumn harvest soup» It’s advertised on thier door too! I ordered a bowl of tomato soup in a breadbowl to go. When I got home, the size of the soup compared to the breadbowl was MINI. it sure wasn’t a cup size, it was half a cup maybe at best. And when i hollowed out my breadbowl and poured the soup inside, it wasn’t even half full! Is that how it comes now, with a half cup of soup when you say you want a breadbowl? Almost 7 $ for that?! Not cool Panera, because I do love soup breadbowls in this cold season.

I frequent this location pretty much exclusively. Great service(especially from the manager Kyle!) and the food has always been consistent and tasty.

the food was good but the portion to price was not. I had a small pasta with side salad and the salad was larger then the pasta. to me side means that its smaller then your main not the other way around.

When a friend comes home for the holidays from Utah and you’re in need of a traditional place to eat with warm bites on a cold day, Panera is a good place to go. Especially when your friend has a gift card that she needs to use because Panera doesn’t exist in Utah(what?!). Every time I go to Panera, I pretty much get the Mediterranean veggie sandwich with a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. Or I just get the soup in a bread bowl. This time was no exception although I did ask for the veggie sandwich in one of their new flatbreads instead. Since the place was packed, the only table left for us to grab was a spot right near the door. The door was open a lot with people coming and going. It was cold. We ate with our coats on. At this point, I was anxious and excited for my warm bowl of soup. All I needed was a bowl of that thick, warm cheesy broccoli goodness to complete my day. I dipped my bread in it first and took a bite of the bread. It had a hint of cheesy broccoli. I needed the spoonful. I dipped my spoon in the bowl and glanced at it. Hmm. It didn’t seem that thick. Oh well. I placed the spoon in my mouth and swallowed in delicious cheesy water. Water? Wait, what?! Ugh. It was a watery soup. I brought the soup back up to the counter to let them know. The guy shrugged it off, «The whole vat’s like that. We can’t give you a different one. We can give you another soup.» I declined and said I’d try to eat it. I tried to eat it. I wanted to gag. Back up to the counter, it went. Since there really isn’t another soup I wanted, I hesitantly ordered the creamy tomato. I didn’t like it. Was I disappointed? Yes. Very. I spent the rest of my meal eating the sandwich(which was very delicious, actually) and mourning the lack of soupy happiness. I’ve been here before and haven’t had any issues with this place aside from the awkward layout and mad crazy crowded tables, but their indifference to my soup woes really made me sad. Pooh.

My 2 star is due to the inconsistency of quality here. First time I ordered the turkey cranberry sandw… delish, abundant, fresh. Second time was haphazardly assembled and with about half of the quanitity of the first. Same experience when I ordered a tuna sandwich. I haven’t been back since. Their scones, sugar cookies are awesome. I just wish they baked bagels more often. If I stop in after work, it is 90% likely my bagel will be stale. It just shouldn’t be if it was baked that morning. Looks like they have a high turnover of employees here. And after about 30 total visits in the past 5 years, my card is never drawn from the fishbowl for a free lunch. =c(SHAM!

Just like the other Paneras I been too, the service was great. The store itself was cozy, pplace was busy, a couple of the tables needed to be wiped down(but like I said it was busy.) Took a friend here as it was close and it was nice to talk for alittle over an hour. Our office orders from Panera q bit and the Asagio Roast beef is awesome, but I really like their soups; mostly the tomato bisque in a bread bowl.
