Disgusted with the service provided to me today. I set an appointment for 2:30, and the receptionist asks me to come a little closer to 3. I agree, sure, I can wait 15 extra minutes. When I arrive, I wait for another 30 minutes (till after 3:15). I set appointments so I do not have to wait. My colorist, she never even told me her name, seemed to be in a hurry, pissed off, and inconsiderate… and my hair felt it. She curtly asked what my name was, even though I had made an appointment with her. You would think she would take a minute to look at her appointment book. She slopped on my hair color without showing me a sample of what it would look like, as quickly and roughly as humanly possible. Normally it takes my colorist about 30 minutes to apply full color to my medium hair but she plopped it on in 10 minutes. This upset me. She got the color in my eye and didn’t even apologize, just tossed a towel at me to get it out myself. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life. Constantly pulling and then srubbing the color into my scalp! Are you an idiot?! There was barely a color difference in my hair after she sloppily washed out the color (btw she never even checked on me to see how I was doing, offer me a magazine, water, or even look in my general direction the entire 40 minutes I sat there without my phone), and she charged me $ 80 for it. My hair is barely at my shoulders and is quite thin. I will never be returning to this establishment and I will be sure to tell neighbors and coworkers about my god awful, rude, disgusting experience. I wish I could get a refund and an apology from this salon, colorist, and Managment team, but knowing how I was treated there, it is doubtful I will. Absolutely disappointed.

I’ve been coming here for the past 8 years, love this place… All of them have done my hair, and there all good but Cindy is my favorite. The prices are reasonable as well!

He is so amazing, i was recomended by my friend and i will never leave Ray, My hair was a mess and he colored, cut and style and it looked great. Had many compliments for my hair, and also it grew faster which is something i always struggle with.
They do a wonderful job here.

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and have tried many other salons both in Chicago and neighboring suburbs (I always come back)! I have to say I’m always pleased when I leave the salon.
Karla does great color and always cuts my hair how I want. All of the other stylists are also wonderful.
So if you are looking for a place to get great highlights and colorant reasonable prices, don’t hesitate to try them out.

For one, absolutely everyone is as down to earth as can be here and you feel like your at home :) They do a wonderful job and truly look out for the best interest of your appearance. Ray Ray is mine! Ask for him… Karla and are truly amazing and usually cut and style my daughters hair but everyone there really does an amazing job with cut, color, and style!
