Incredibly slow process… remember to bring your Social Security Card! Otherwise you will not get your money… the security guard in front asked us if we signed in 3 times even though she was right there when we signed in.

these people do a pretty good job and your wait, at least for a smaller prize like $ 1000 or $ 2000, is going to be under 30 minutes.
Must have a photo ID and your Soc Security card… they don’t pay w/​o your SS those… If you have any kind of payment or parking ticket due the state, it is about 80% certain they will know, and will hold your claim. You will need to call a collection agent they use before you can get what’s left…:((

I play the lottery but it is kind of strange that the SAME STORE for yesterdays power ball had both a $ 1 million and $ 2 million dollar ticket winners on the same drawing. Does someone know something before the drawing or did the machine not get locked out. Need to check at what time the tickets were purchased. Just a conspiracy theory because with such large winnings it is strange. Now if these were the same numbers played by the same person week after week, which the lottery can check then ok but if some reason they magically came up with this only 1x then it seems to be very fishy.
