Pizza Hut

pizza hut outta this location just went downhill, we stopped years ago. just today one of their drivers cut me and son off deliberately in a vacant parking lot. she was obviously lost, late and had to turn around, for she came in and did a turn around, sped up and would’ve hit us had I not stopped… sure was her intention to get out first. we honked, got flipped off. I was behind her waiting to get into traffic and yelled out great representation for pizza hut (had the logo on her car) to get flipped again… great to have dash cam, caught it all. know some media techs in LA that can use this footage for something along the way as part of a compilation piece to put online.
anyrate, drivers this inadequate, know the pizza hasn’t gotten any better… and pizza hut, you know you read these… hell, looking at this, you might find it on YOUTUBE soon.
gotta go inform corporate now. gee, when this poor excuse as a woman, er female of our species gets fired from this job, will she have to learn to say ‘do you want fries to go with that’?
doubtful…probably worked most if not all fast food joints just in the last year alone.

I know this wont go very far, but here it goes. I just waited for 90 minutes for a pizza, which is not all that warm. I called to check the status just shy of 90 minutes living 7 blocks west of the store. I was told it was sitting there, and as soon as a driver came in, they would bring it out. The website stated delivery in an hour, and stated out for delivery shortly after the 60 minutes. when I drove there to pick it up while calling back, I got routed to the call center who told me to go to the store cause they could not help me other than to cancel and redo the order as pick up. So either the store or the call center lied stating it was sitting there, cause my pizza is semi warm and is not suitable. Last time I will order from pizza hut. Never had service like this before from this store, but never will have service like this again. Thanks for taking my money for cold pizza and a long wait!

I called to order a carryout order and it rang for about 45 seconds before forwarding me to the national hotline. I guess the national hotline is where they take your order if the pizza hut you ordered from is too busy to take your order.
This was the first time that ever happened to me while ordering pizza and i figured they must be very busy. I placed my order and the man surprisingly said it would be ready in 15mins.
I go to pick it up and it is completely dead in there. The guy they had working there was just ignoring the phones. It rang 5x while i was in there and he picked up 2x…
The 1^st call he actually picked up (after letting it ring for 30sec) was someone complaining about delivery taking too long which was funny after reading these reviews.
The 2^nd call he picked up hung up on him after he waited to long to pick up. He then laughed and said «i love it when that happens»
I would put him name on here to bust him out but he didn’t have a name tag on & it didn’t show on the receipt. He drives a beat up old blue pickup truck tho because it was the only car in the lot.
Pizza was good. But this guys customer service was bottom of the barrel.

Worst delivery service ever! Ordered my pizzas at 7pm, it’s now 9:01pm…still no pizza! Called the store and the manager isn’t even apologetic. Use any other store than this one!

DO NOT ORDER from this location! We waited over THREE HOURS for delivery which NEVER ARRIVED (ordered at 8:15 pm on a Thurs night)! Called the location multiple times & kept being told we were the next order up. The driver forgot our order multiple times, etc etc. We even offered to go pick up the pizza ourselves & they kept saying no, it’s going out with the next delivery. Wasted our entire night & we found out that the pizza was NEVER going to be delivered when we called the last time & they were closed! They didn’t even have the decency to call us & let us know they weren’t going to honor our order! Poor customer service, a manager that blatantly lied to their customer, comping pizzas you never provided & taunting us w/​store credit we will NEVER use is just sad. How about an apology for a colossal screw up. Good luck staying in business! Your ownership needs to seriously consider scrapping its entire team.

This could be the worst Pizza Hut in the whole company. I’ve never had delivery from them take less than an hour and it’s never resulted in a satisfactory pizza. The fact that it took them over two and a half hours to deliver me the tough, cold, sloppily made pizza I had tonight is inexcusable. If it was Super Bowl Sunday maybe, but this was on a Wednesday night. I don’t care how badly you want pizza, DO NOT order from this store.

Got a pizza, it took an hour and it was cold. I called and complained and they gave me a credit for $ 15. A couple months later (tonight), I ordered a pizza using the credit. It was more than 15 so they charged my card the remaining $ 3. At the end of the call, they said it would take an HOUR AND A HALF. 1 ½ hours later, no pizza. I called and they said deliveries are running 2 hours, it should be there soon. I called again when it had been 2 hours and they said they had no order in the system for me. So, no pizza. That’s BS and everyone that works there should be fired. They’re ghetto and clearly don’t give a s**t about their job or their customers.

Pizza arrived on time but it was cold. Driver was also rude. There are far better pizza options in Des Moines.
