McDonald’s

I honestly believe they purposely mess up orders, I really do. Unfortunately they are the closest McDonald’s to my house and right off the interstate so it’s really convenient however after getting my food I must in the drive thru line and check to be sure they didn’t forget anything. I don’t get it or understand how they mess up so often but they do. The skinny male manager is a weasel. He’s a complete imbecile, fails under pressure and just lacks the skills of middle management. Keep driving south on Merle Hay about 2 miles and visit a much better McDonald’s.

This is the closest McDonald’s to our house and on the way to the interstate. Unfortunately our orders are always wrong and the employees are always messing around. This was my last stop here. Go down the road to the McDonald’s on Douglas and Merle Hay rd… much better!

Just passing through town with some friends on our way to Kansas City and followed signs from the freeway to heal our hunger pains. Waited in line and it looked like chaos behind the counter with alarms going off for 5 minutes straight and a lot of workers kind of just standing around.
I then looked towards the cook and saw the dude making my food take the trash out with the same gloves that he then made my food with. Then he immediately coughed in the food prep area with out trying to cover it up into his elbow or anything. Service took about 10 minutes with only one order ahead of us.
Of course before we left we decided to take a bathroom break and we had to wait quite a while for the ladies of our group. Come to find out that they had to take turns in the one stall because the second stall in the women’s restroom was too clogged up with human waste and toilet paper making it unusable.
In summary I would avoid this McDonald’s and by the looks of the unprofessional people working there, the entire area in general. We decided to cancel our order.

Came here with a buddy for breakfast before attending a conference nearby. It was fairly quiet for a morning, just the way I like it. The cashier was very friendly, her name was Victoria and she provided us with excellent customer service and got our morning started in a good mood.
No complaints about the food, I always enjoyed McDonalds breakfast items. The location was also kept clean and parking was ample.
