My friend got married here and it was the perfect setting for a wedding! Beautiful, serene location. Great views of the sound and it’s right on the beach. The staff was very nice to all of us as well. Highly recommended!

The Beach Park Event Center is in a great location — right next to the Des Moines Marina and the beach, can’t beat it. The main event center and other spaces are truly unique not to mention historical. I’ve been to a number of local Chamber events and a Holiday party here and they all really well done. The newly renovated spaces here lend themselves to almost any type of event and come with small kitchen areas for catering preparation. The large outdoor spaces all come with great views of the water and did I mention the beach area?
