Went in today to try and fix my phone that has been overheating and draining a new battery within hours. First, the guy explains that the battery is what makes the phone work, like i’m some kind of idiot, and tries to tell me it can’t possibly be the phone or hardware even though doing a simple internet search shows this happens. Then he tells me it must be that i have downloaded a lot of apps, as if an 8 month old Galaxy S5 can’t handle downloading a lot of apps. Then he tells me he won’t exchange it using my insurance until I factory reset it and only download the apps I need. Sorry, I bought this phone and downloaded all apps through the Play Store. The other two idiots(one being some type of manager) basically just backed him up. These are really the people working here?!? Who really thinks that a new smartphone can’t handle actually downloading apps. Also, while trying to backup my texts I overheard them insulting customers who had just left. Very unprofessional and obviously they do not care about belittling their customers. I will go elsewhere from now on!

Skip over the mall stores. This little place has everything you’ll ever need and the customer service is great; J in particular is awesome!

This place was fantastic, a glimmer of hope in the unyielding death trudge of Sprint customer service. They were no BS, basically telling me how crappy Sprint is and how they try and take everyone for a ride. I was in and out of here in 10 minutes after spending an hour in the Salem sprint store the day before trying to deal with a needed phone repair. Ugh. I will be using this place for all my cell needs from now on.

Fantastic customer service. I went here twice in the past month to pick up new cell phones for myself and my girlfriend. On both occasions I did not get a push to buy the most expensive product but had a thorough explanation of the pros and cons of each device and was able to make a reasoned choice based on the input I received. In inquiring about an accessory that was not in stock I was told when it was expected in and received a call when it arrived. It is nice to see a store that understands that good customer service in the long run will reap more benefits than the quick sale.

Excellent customer service. We have been going here for years. The owner really knows his stuff and definitely helps us get the best deal. Whenever we’ve had problems with our phones, he does a great job helping us out.

Never had a problem at this location. I don’t even go anywhere else if I am having an issue with my phone. Their customer service is so much better than some of the other locations(I’m looking at YOU Sprint on rt. 28 in Salem!), the employees actually listen to me and can tell me whats going on with my device. If I need a new phone ordered, they call as soon as it arrives, and I’m not having to call constantly to find out why it hasn’t arrived when it was supposed to. 5 stars from me.
