After moving to New Hampshire from New York City I have been on the hunt for a reliable laundry and dry cleaning service in the area. For the past year or so I have been coming here and have been perfectly content. After today, I have been blown away by the customer service. I recently had an item get mixed up and cleaned improperly. As a result the item was damaged. I dreaded the confrontation about it given past experiences at other establishments. I was floored when the owner, without me even having to ask, agreed to refund me the cost of the item entirely. I will be a continued customer and will always recommend them to others because of this experience.

Clean well equipped laundromat with dry cleaning services. Since ownership change the some of the management personnel take a less customer oriented approach to serving the client. This makes dealing with the company unpleasant.

The place is clean. But it’s expensive!!!
After moving from NYC to Here that was a SHOCK to see how much they charged for their machines.
The washing machines cleaning quickly and thoroughly.
BUT AS FOR THE DRYERS!!! Fuhgeddaboudit!!! It’s $.50 for 8 minutes! Insane! Unfortunately I had no choice. I paid close to $ 9 to dry them and the end result — STILL DAMP! I had no more money so I had to come home and air dry them! Are you for real? They were.
Such a rip off! They don’t have to worry about me coming there again. Ever!

Very clean. Friendly staff. The owner, Randy, took the time to show me around since I’d never been there before. Everyone was really nice. I’ll definitely be back again.

Closes at 6 but refused to let me put clothes in the washer at 4:40 for a 23 minute cycle because she had to «close the door promptly at 6». I told her I would take it home wet and she still wouldn’t let me. Never coming back.

After The Laundry Room in Derry closed I needed a new place to drop off my laundry. I don’t have a washer & dryer at home so I prefer to use wash dry & fold services. This place is easy to get to, clean, reasonably priced, everyone is friendly, and their machines are named after people. How cool is that?

Think about going here and check out other locations. I have been bringing my dry cleaning to this location for 18 years. Last week they decided to charge a «Lint» fee of $ 4. There was some cat hair on my jacket. Mind you, only a little, so little I could have plucked it off with my fingers. My cat has been dead for 7 months now. I will no longer use their service. When I started calling other services. They had never heard of such a thing and I have found other places that a little cheaper with faster services. GOD — I hope I didn’t start a trend. Lint Fee? Seriously?

Great results with both laundering and with dry cleaning. Always on time, and friendly folks on the staff. Highly recommended, and after not so great results with others in the Derry area.
