Terrible food the workers don’t wash there hands and don’t care about the environment I asked if I could use my reusable mug and they said and go do it your self very rude people

Took forever. Sat at the window for a minimum of 15 minutes. No one else here. Built up a line bc it literally took forever. Ha fast good

Piss poor management. Waiting 20+ minutes for a straight forward meal. Nothing special. It’s like watching a circus behind the counter. Get it together folks! Terrible experience.

This has to be the filthiest restaurant I’ve been to in a long time. Took the grandkids for quick bite. Food was cold, fries were cold and old. Debris all over the floor and the worst part, flies everywhere. Ugg don’t go here

My understanding is that McDonalds is fast food. Well this location has successfully proved me wrong. The wait time for the simplest of orders (mcnuggets) not even the meal took upwards of ten minutes to prepare. I would understand if this was the case during the lunch or dinner rush but for 10:30 pm I find this completely unacceptable. While ordering the cashier proceeded to stage an elaborate argument with the manager on the correct amount of sauce cups. All the while there was a raggidy group of teenagers hovering around the cash register in unsightly appeal using foul language. Not only do I consider this to be unacceptable behavior for any eating establishment the staff not only condoned this behavior but encouraged it by engaging in conversation with them. My friends order was also messed up and the wait time to receive the correct order was longer than it took to recurve his original order. All in all this is not the place to be on a Wednesday night if your hoping to grab a quick bite to eat.

I won’t ever go here again. Went through the drive thru, ordered unsweet tea with a sweet and low, and the lady couldn’t understand me, I guess she doesn’t know what sweet and low is, so I said equal, no biggie! Ordered the milk and I could have sworn she told me to the total and to pull up to the second window, so I drove past the first one and she yells at me saying I need to pay at the first, I apologized and asked if I can just pay at the second because there was a car behind me, she gave me the rudest attitude, and said she couldn’t do that. Lmao. I’ve worked food service before… Thankfully the lady behind me backed up a little and I could back up, and pay, the lady was so rude and honestly, if you hate your job so much, you should go find another one.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s…I love it and hate myself for eating it at the same time. What I like about this location is the friendly staff-​appears to be mostly teenagers, but they always provide me with great service. I was quite rude to customers way back when I was a teenager working at the mall, so I am really impressed with their professionalism.
Wish they didn’t have the calories posted on the menu… makes me feel so extra guilty! Will always be in love with Big Macs and shamrock shakes though…

This is not one of my favorite McDonald’s locations, but I happen to drive by this location quite frequently. This McDonald’s with Drive Thru is open 24 hours and also has an Indoor Play Place. The food and drinks are what I would expect for a standard McDonald’s, but the service here at this location NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENT AND MANAGEMENT (better training). I’ve had to wait unnecessarily for simple items including for iced coffee drinks and sundaes on previous visits.
Advice: The staff at this McDonald’s should take a field trip to the McDonald’s location on Loudon Road in Concord to see how a good McDonald’s operates including during busy periods.
Recently, I was in here and ordered a Medium Iced Coffee (with just cream only), but also a line of people was forming behind me. The cashier took my order, then took the next orders, all while I waited for my drink. After waiting for almost 5 minutes, I did notice my order was not up on the screen all the while everyone else after me was getting their orders filled. I finally had to be blunt with the cashier and asked where was my medium iced coffee and I’ve been waiting for about 5 minutes for it? The cashier scurried and made me an iced coffee with a short apology. I did top off the iced coffee with more ice cubes before heading out. It was fine, but I will have to go to a different location next time. Don’t clear orders from the screen unless it’s been fulfilled and the staff needs to keep good communication! I worked in fast food for many years and I know this from experience!
This is not the worst McDonald’s in NH I’ve been to by all means. That award regrettably goes to the McDonald’s on South Willow Street in Manchester, which is very slow. I’ve found the Mc Donald’s location in Londonderry has slightly better service than Derry.

i love going to mcdonalds. but i miss the old one. the playplace was bigger, and where you can have a birthday party, it was bigger.
