DD’s has never let me know before today… the location at 5 Crystal Avenue in Derry, NH. While waiting for my boyfriend’s prescription to be filled post-​surgery, he asked if I could get him a crème filled donut from DD. I went into the 5 Crystal Avenue location and asked for a crème filled donut. I was given a jelly-​filled, but I didn’t check it until later in the day when I just cut into it to cut it up for him and noticed it was JELLY not crème. I was upset, he was SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED. 12hrs after surgery, he was hungry and finally feeling well enough to enjoy the donut, and it was THE WRONG ONE. If you didn’t have a crème-​filled, don’t pack me a jelly-​filled and send me on my way.

I pulled up to the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me, and nobody behind me. I ordered a muffin, an iced coffee and a plain stick. When I ordered the muffin, the person taking my order made me jump through hoops because she forgot that they sold coffee cakes. My muffin and coffee were handed to me and I was old to ‘have a nice day’ but I checked my order before I drove off and there was no plain stick. When I asked for it they looked baffled even though they charged me for it. The iced coffee I ordered was French vanilla. What i ended up getting is beyond me. It smelled putrid & tasted like 3 day old decaf coffee grounds. I tried drinking it, but I ended up throwing it away.

Nice big store with clean bathrooms during peak AM traffic. Counter service was fast and the crew was courteous to customers even telling one guy his tie was very nice. They have the LED/​LCD menu boards which were easy to read. Tea order is a bit out of the ordinary and they got it correct on the first attempt. I saw 5 employees are moving around very fast to service their customers and get them back on the road to work. Decent counter seating and approximately 6 tables for people wishing to dine in.
