Birch Street Collision

I had to get a tow because my car broke down and the officer who had stopped helped and called Birch Street Collision. To my luck it was the owner of Birch street Collision who had stopped and picked up my car. He ended up being a very rude man and not knowledgable of towing my car. He kept saying my car was lowered and was going to charge me extra, however this was not the case, my car is stock but a sports car. Anyways I said whatever charge me. Anyways after he put the car on the bed he said give me cash. I said I dont have any all I have is a card. Once I handed him the card he said he was keeping it and then I reluctantly agreed since he said he would not tow my car. Once the car was at my home he then said hand me your license I did then he said he was keeping it until the next day. I said I needed it for work the next day so he said he would either take my car and keep it or take both my license and card until until i paid him, this was on a holiday mind you. This incompetent owner was unable to charge my card at the time of business so I had to come in the next day and deal with this mess. I then had to come in with someone else driving me since he had my license and charge card as I had no other i. d on me. I would never ever call Birch Street Collision and rather push my car next time. Hope everyone does not make the mistake I did as to use this man’s service. Horrible service and treatment to paying customers, never again.
