My life became too complicated to do my own taxes this year. I gave up after struggling with the details of depreciating real estate.
I called these guys 2 weeks before tax day. They were super accommodating and fit me in. I just brought my paperwork, sat down, and answered their questions. It took about an hour. I wish I had stopped doing my own taxes earlier.
It cost more than turbotax, but they definitely made the difference back (and then some) with my return amount. It was way more than what I usually get back doing it myself. Plus… I just sat back while they worked their magic.
The building itself was pretty old, but it sounds like they are moving to a nicer place up the street soon. I got to meet both of the partners, and one of the associates. All were nice and polite, both to me and each other.
