This place is really wonderful! We have been there several times in the past, the owner is certainly a bit surly. HOWEVER, the last 3 times we were there, the gentleman that seems to be running it, Tom, is so great. Their food has always been remarkable, last week I had the best quiche I have ever had in my life there. It is a small establishment, so expect a bit of a wait, but the wait is so worth it for food this memorable.

The Bay crêpe was so good. Plenty of shrimp and flavor. Very impressed with everything we had. Will definitely come back.

We’ve loved this café from the first day we moved here. Penelope and Tony are very friendly and helpful. The food is tasty and they have outdoor seating so we can bring the canines.

A gem indeed! I just polished off a spectacular vegetarian crêpe: The Forest(mushrooms, red pepper & cheese smothered in a cream sauce + I topped it with an easy egg). Very pleasant proprietor and barista. Casual, cozy atmosphere, wifi… it’s an appealing place. I visited on a weekday morning in May; I suspect weekends this place gets crowded & hopping, so ambiance likely varies with the seasons. It’s a keeper, though – well worth seeking out for a lazy weekday brunch.

We had a wonderful brunch here on Sunday. We started with pain au chocolate. Fabulous flavor and warmed just right. They do savory crepes; I chose the sunrise. Great sausage and cheese. The crêpe was light and flavorful. It was topped with home made mayonnaise. We ordered one quiche; prosciutto flavors it. Yum. They have very nice sweet crepes as well. They do wonderful coffee drinks. I had a cappuccino, Rebecca had a café at lait, and Phil had a vanilla latte. They were served hot in nice cups; no paper here. We discovered this on Unilocal; thank you. We will be back.

Definitely a disappointment. Came here after reading the reviews and thought it would be good but it was mediocre. Crepes were ok but not worth the price. Wait was 40 min and our food was warm but not hot. Service was alright but we had to ask if we could have our waters refilled. And portion size is TINY. Payed 30 bucks for a snack. Won’t be coming back.

Amazing food, great coffee and great people. An incident occurred with some unruly people who were not right in the brain, the employees handled it extremely well to the point one in our party didn’t even know something had occurred.

We were extremely disappointed. The coffee is OK, but the espresso drinks definitely lean to the bitter side(our group ordered 8 drink over the course of the weekend and this was consistent across the variety of drinks– not bad just good to know). The woman who works there is extremely rude. We walked in at 3:00 one day and got a very short«can I help you?» and then again this morning she was curt and not friendly. We will try it again the next time we are here because we want businesses like this to work, but are hoping it’s more friendly the next time around. We would have eaten breakfast but 8:30 is a late open for a place that serves coffee and breakfast and we went elsewhere.

I was really disappointed by this place! I wouldn’t waste my time or money there again. The wait staff was rude, and couldn’t be bothered to seat me, even though i was the only person there… I tried to move some books that cluttered the table and the waitress was rude and condesending telling me not to touch or move anything… ok…I just wanted some space for my tea… Food.was.awful…I had The Forest and a sweet crêpe. Added strawberries and whipped cream. The savory crêpe was fresh, but lacked filling! It wasn’t up to par for a $ 10+ crêpe. The sweet crêpe, was disgusting. The strawberries on top were old, and soured! Cutting fresh fruit for a garnish should be a no brainer. This fruit was old!!! And I got litterally and watery, smaller than a quarter sized dollop of cream. I paid extra and was given a less than appetizer crêpe. We barely ate it… it was very dissappointing. I hope the owners really step things up. It was defnately a huge dissappointment to visit this establishment!

Went here for breakfast yesterday. The building is a lovely little gem tucked into a neighborhood near the ocean. The food and service was really good. We had Croque Madame and Croque Monsieur. Both were wonderful. Coffee is some of the best we’ve had since arriving to the northwest. Love the décor and the beautiful artwork by local artists is for sale. Can’t wait to go back!

Tiny café but well worth the quick wait. Mr Picky ordered the baked eggs and ranted about them with each pleasant bite. He even gave Mrs Picky a taste to prove he had chosen well from the menu. Both Mrs & Little Miss Picky ordered Croque Monsieur. Delicious! Coffees were all good and they were able to accommodate Mr Picky’s need for sugar free coffee. That’s always a pleasant surprise knowing that some trendy coffee hubs do not excel in this aspect. We found the staff charming, kind and engaging. We will enjoy returning and sampling the rest of their menu.

So … Very … Good! It’s tiny! Only has seating for 15 people. It was worth the wait. The crepes were superior. Very good coffee. Prices were moderate. I brought my teenage boys in and even they enjoyed it. The older had The Fúme. Smoked salmon savory crêpe. He said it was one of the best things he has ever eaten. High praise indeed. We really enjoyed our visit. The ladies running the café were very nice. We will be back.

It was my first time staying in Lincoln City with some friends at their beach house. I stumbled upon this cute little café. My boyfriend and I decided to stop and have breakfast before heading to the beach. We walked in and waited by the door for someone to acknowledge us. A young girl behind the counter told us to take a seat wherever. At this time, we were the only ones who were here. We chose a small table near the window and began looking at the menu. Everything looked appetizing! My boyfriend and I each ordered a parfait and a crêpe. I expected a small bowl of yogurt and a couple of berries. To my surprise, the parfait was decent in size & came served in a wine glass on a plate with granola and quite the variety of fresh fruit. It was delicious! It took a little while for our crepes to come out but it was worth the wait. I can’t believe I ate the entire parfait and my whole crêpe! I wish there were more places like this in Reno. If I ever return to Lincoln City, I will be coming back to this café. :)

Was über excited to find this place on Unilocal.First of all the sign on the door said they close at 4pm. we got there at 3:15pm so technically we had 45mins to spare. We learned that they now close at 3:30pm so we had 15mins to spare. We were told they close in 15mins so we can no longer sit inside to enjoy our drinks… we can only have it TOGO. She also refused(without being apologetic about it) to make crepes since she is closing soon. As nice as she tried to make herself sound, she came off rude and seems she didn’t care about her customers. That was a disappointment. I don’t think I’ve been to a restaurant, coffee house, or eatery where I was refused service because they were closing soon. Most business owners will accommodate you up to the last minute. She had 15mins to make an impression… she failed! The whole experience was off putting. Now since I don’t have a crêpe to review let’s get on to the cappuccino. I understand it’s no Starbucks, but if u insist on serving my drink TOGO, maybe u should offer a sleeve because the«I don’t make it too hot» comment you made was false. Mind u I like my coffee HOT but the drinks you served us was way too hot to touch… even worse because we can’t even wait a few minutes to let it cool off since you were rushing us out of your coffee house. The taste itself is meh. The espresso to milk and foam ratio was a total fail bc it watered down my cappuccino. For a place to have that supposedly French aura, promoting French food/snacks, it definitely didn’t achieve it for us. Unfortunately the attitude and crappy feeling we felt while we were inside that place made us not want to patronize them whenever we are in town. I don’t give one star often but the experience alone doesn’t deserve a second star.

Taking a drive up the Oregon Coast, checked Unilocal and saw this. I had a flight in four hours, it was a 2.5 hour drive and we figured a quick bite would be great! I’ve always loved food along the coast so I figured I would love this. The problem was that I saw this as a French restaurant on the slow Oregon coast on a slow day so of course the waitress would stop and chat with everyone before actually placing our order and making our food. So we had to chat while I worried about my flight. At least I got my facebook profile picture out of it as I held a tea cup(although my friend said I looked really tense. Well, worrying about a flight would do that!) The restaurant was boring and slow in my opinion so I felt bored writing this review. It took me about six tries to actually finish it. Overall, the food was good and had fresh French flair which saved it from two stars. The crepes were yummy and so were the sandwiches. The décor was cute. There were some red and violet chackhis on the walls. The restaurant tried hard to be nice. But this is the Oregon Coast with conifers and cold fog, NOT the French Riveria with beautiful sun. The décor however saves it. As the Countess would say, «Chic cest la vie, se bonne se bonne.»

Cozy joint with two nice young women running it. I had the sunrise crêpe — fennel sausage, white cheddar, sour cream with a perfectly cooked poached egg on top. My wife had caramelized banana crêpe that was well executed with whipped cream with vanilla bean. Good orange juice. Plus the rest of the baked goods and quiches looked yummy. Obvious use of top notch fresh ingredients. Very reasonably priced. We will be back — the sandwiches sounded delicious.
