Started off the meal with no service and nobody to seat us. We ended up having to grab the menus ourselves because we were given so little attention. After a 20 minute wait, we were rudely approached by our waitress who snapped at us despite our polite behavior. The appearance of the restaurant is not well put together — there is glue on the walls, behind the desk is visibly untidy, and there is clutter everywhere. The menus have multiple typos, and not to mention very skeptical photos. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone in the future.

Needed a quick place to grab lunch before heading back to work and the food was ordered and ready within 15 minutes. The lunch special was definitely worth it –plenty of food for a great price. I was also able to order a typical chicken dish in a vegetarian option which was awesome. I’ll definitely be back!

Staying at Denver Airport hotel, turned in rental car and planned at eating at hotel restaurant. Hotel lost hot water and restaurant closed so we asked front desk for take out options. Zume Asian Cuisine was one option and glad we chose to order. Ordered red chicken curry, orange chicken and house fried rice. All dishes were excellent. Delivery time was quoted at 35 minute and arrived in 45 minutes. Next time we will just go to the restaurant and then turn in our rental car. Thanks Zume for a great dinner and saving the day!

I call for a delivery to my hotel and ordered the beef curry, fried noodles and a broccoli chicken. The food taste are good and spicy. Broccoli chicken okay and noodle ok too. The problem is the driver don’t know where to deliver the food. He don’t speak English, I repeated told him the address and yet he reply back with my room number. So frustrating . Finally he found the hotel mistaken Hyatt place with Hyatt house. Next time I would just pickup faster

Really good food. I ordered orange chicken and was pleasantly surprised to find that the chicken tasted like real meat and the bell peppers that were mixed in were crunchy and fresh. Also had the pad Thai and crab rangoons, both were also delicious!

Located in a strip mall near Qdoba. Ordered the Singapore Curry Noodles and it was very disappointing. Lacked curry flavor and had a brown color that was probably from soy sauce or a dirty wok. The flavor was bland and needed a lot more curry and spice notes. The shrimps in the noodles were slightly over cooked but were abundant. Owner was very nice but she got into an argument with a staff member(husband?) and was heard throughout the restaurant. I went in at noon but it was empty.

I’m sorry this is not a keeper. We just moved up to the Montbello area and chose Zume cause we were looking for a Asian cuisine place nearby we could order from regularly for Hulu nights. Unfortunately this was not it. My husband ordered the spicy Thai beef, it was soso and lacking heat. I ordered the appetizer sampler platter. Everything was cold with the chicken being dry, the rolls being soggy, the calamari being exchanged for white fish, the prawns being swapped for shrimp. We also picked up summer rolls as well, now that was truly disgusting with the rolls being warm and served with a hoisin sauce instead of peanut sauce. That was an almost vomit inducing first bite for sure. Never… Ever… Again…

Went to Zume during a layover in Denver. Ordered a Thai iced tea, spring rolls, and orange chicken. As a person who has grown up with an Asian mother in Southern California, I know what good Asian food tastes like. The spring rolls were served to us, each was a totally different size, and served to us with hoisin sauce instead of peanut sauce. The orange chicken was drenched with sauce. And during service we spotted a insect crawling around at our feet, as well as one swimming in my glass of water. I told the waitress and she took away my glass and laughed the whole time afterwards. There was no real apology for anything. I entered the restaurant feeling hungry and exited feeling sick. I hate complaining but the food, service, and cleanliness was not up to par. I’m never eating here again.

Almost a year later we are here again. Food: Roti Canai, Sayur Lemak, and Beef Rending we had this time! Decent portion of Beef Rending and Sayur Lemak tasted okay with a good balance of spicies. Roti Canai tasted like Asian grocery store frozen bread. Tough in the middle, soft outside and thin with no layer or taste. Service: The only lady serving in the restaurant was friendly. She handed us a to-go menu when we were standing outside going over the menu posted next to the front door. The back of the to-go menu had two«Take Out & Delivery Special» expired 10−31−14. Please get a new menu or use a sharpie crossing them out! The interior looked simple and clean. Not sure about coming back next time…

I and 2 other people were in the restaurant. The waitress handed me the menu then immediately asked what I’d like to order. I ordered soup and the entrée, 2 minutes later, out comes the entrée with no soup. So, sorry I bothered them.

Ordered delivery from the Unilocal affiliates site. It arrived after about 25 minutes which isn’t bad at all. The food was all hot. I ordered 4 items to get the minimum $ 15 delivery. I loved the bread appetizer. I mean I could have eaten 5 orders of just that with the dipping sauce. Yum! The egg drop soup was delicious. I’ve never had vegetables in it. Picked out the tomatoes but left the tofu and zucchini. The egg rolls were almost inedible. Hard to bite brought the outside and the inside was a weird minced meatball consistency. Did not like at all. The chicken pad Thai is good. Not the best I’ve ever had but definitely not the worst. Overall I was pretty happy with the order. That bread though!!!

Food took forever, the restaurant wasn’t even half full. The ‘Vietnamese egg rolls’ are Chinese egg rolls. Thai tea was the worst I’ve had. The curry wasn’t like anything I’ve ever had before and to top it off the food was cold.

Came here for a quick lunch Wednesday at Noon. For most of our visit, we were the only table. General Tso Chicken was edible but bland. The egg roll tasted frozen and the dipping sauce was cold. Overall I would not return to this place based on this experience and breaking my own rule of never eating in an empty restaurant. Should have paid attention.

I’ve ordered delivery from this restaurant several times. The food is usually good(better than other delivery places at least) but their customer service SUCKS. Their delivery time is ridiculous. We paid 48.00 for 3 delivery meals tonight. The order was called in at 5:33 and were quoted 45 minutes for delivery. That’s average for delivery so we plan ahead for that amount of time. The food did not arrive until 7:15(yea that’s right… almost 2 hours later) and it was COLD and half of one of the orders was spilled in the bag! When I asked the delivery woman why it took so long when we were quoted 45 minutes and why we didn’t get a call to let us know the only response she had was«oh we so busy!». I understand that but maybe you should tell the people ordering to expect longer delivery times. This is not the first time it has happened. This is pretty standard for them. So we paid almost 50.00 for cold food spilled in a bag that was delivered nearly 2 hours after it was ordered. Awesome. I will contact them tomorrow to push for a refund. This is ridiculous. Microwaved Chinese delivery.

Just moved to Denver from down south and worried that I’d find authentic tasting Vietnamese Egg rolls, Summer Rolls, and Phở that compared to moms but they did it! Excellent taste, presentation, and very attentive waitress. Very quick service, clean establishment, and wide range of dishes to suit everyone.

I agree with other posters that this is a find! After working in Boulder for many years, my transition to less«foodie» towns like Aurora have been rough. I walked in to this place and found the food to be fresh and the service to be excellent. A review would not be complete without mentioning the restrooms which were also clean. I will be stopping here for take out as well as the quick weekday lunch.

YES the WORD is OUT! Zume Asian Cuisine… Actually the former Chef of Jaya Asian Grill, whose name is David, opened this Zume Asian Cuisine a couple months ago. When I entered this establishment and saw his wife, Helen. I knew this establishment is going to belong to David. No wonder with the Beef Rendang in the Menu, it explains. Coz NOT everyone in Denver Metro Area can make Beef Rendang and NOT Forgetting the Sambal Belacan. as well as David does. This recent visit, was on Saturday March 8th2014. Almost about 1pm, we were here. Actually my girlfriend, G wants something Asian, and she was craving for Cha Kway Teow. We were seated promptly since there are like about 2 other party dining in at that hour. We ordered the following items : * Roti Canai($ 4.25) * Char Kway Teow(Chicken)($ 8.95) * Salty Fish Fried Rice($ 8.95) * Beef Rendang TOGO($ 10.95) G, rated this establishment and her order of Chicken Cha Kway Teow as 4 stars, doable. The Chicken pieces were very tender. That is good in G’s book/opinion. For me, personally its still 3 stars at best especially for the Ikan Asin Fried Rice. Yes this dish has an «Acquired Taste» for some, but since I am used to eating this kind of cuisine let alone this kind of dish. its just A-OK. coz for one both the Salted Fish aka«Ikan Asin» and Dried Tiny Shrimp aka«Udang Kering» WENTOVERBOARD aka making this dish a little TOO-SALTY for my liking. G’s daughter, B had the Roti Canai. At first, she does not want to dip the Roti Canai into the Dipping Sauce. But once she tasted it, SCORE! She likes it ALOT! Unfortunately, the dipping sauce was cold. Maybe next time, I should have ask our server to re-heat the dipping sauce to lukewarm or hot. Unfortunately, the Roti Canai, is the ones you can get from the Asian Market. I just wish Zume Asian Cuisine, can make their own in the future… Keeping The AUTHENTICROTICANAIGODS Alive! Above anything else, we hope Helen a speedy-recovery and wish Zume Asian Cuisine well in their future undertakings and business venture. At this location, primarily with majority of Hispanic and African American community living in this neighborhood, most are NOT exposed to Asian Cuisine especially from Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Hence, Helen said, they minimize those Asian Cuisine, and put Vietnamese dishes such as Phở in the Menu. We wish them well and many more success… I purchased Beef Rendang TOGO for Hubs. All in all, we don’t mind returning. Thankfully NOW we have Zume Asian Cuisine, which I can just dial their number for Delivery, or Dining-In, if I am too tired to cook. *Smiling With A Grin* Left the establishment about 14:20hrs ish.
