Wow. Extremely hard crust with burnt cheese. My cheese slice had virtually no flavor. The pizza was stale and old. The pear salad was good. Expensive at $ 4.19 for slice of pizza.

I found myself at this DIA location meeting a friend who had a layover and wow. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with both this new location to hang out while you wait for a delayed plane and the quality of food coming out of zPizza. I’d never been to any of their other locations but it smelled good so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the 4 mushroom pizza which they made fresh for us and we had the bbq chicken salad. Both were excellent and huge portions for a decent price. I’ll will be trying non-airport locations in the future to see if they stack up the same

if zero stars were possible this location would receive that, worst zPizza experience ever. I have been a frequent zPizza customer for a decade and this location is unprofessional, rude and flat out lies to customers. I’ve never had a bad zPizza experience in my life until my visit to this location. I ordered my pizza online and when I went to pick it up I was informed wheat crust is no longer available at zPizza. This is a lie. I was informed by the rude teenage girl behind the counter that the Berkley Vegan does not come with faux meat crumble and never has. This is a lie. It is clearly written as a topping on the zPizza website where i ordered, as well as the menu in their location which I pointed to and showed her. She said no, I am wrong. She is wrong, It has always come with it all the years I’ve ordered this pizza. I ordered a large diet soda and she blankly stared at me like I was speaking Latin. Then asked if I meant a cup of soda? Yes, this isn’t rocket science, its a soda. Apparently they forgot to train this genius. I said since they can’t prepare the pizza the way its supposed to come that i didn’t want it and wanted a refund for the online charge. She said they don’t do refunds and dismissed me by proceeding to turn around and started chatting with the two guys behind the counter instead of paying attention to myself and the other customers. So rude! I took the pizza home only to find out the bottom was completely charred, crunchy and not edible. My dogs wouldn’t even eat it. So it went into the trash-can. I attempted to contact the store manager/owner of this location 3x in the last two weeks but never received a response. If a store manager/owner cares so little about their customers that they wont even respond to concerns and hires incompetent rude employees that flat out lie to customers– then this no restaurant I will be visiting again. You lost a frequent customer due to your incompetence. With this kind of service this location wont be in business long. Im requesting a chargeback on my visa card.

I don’t know what the heck happened, but my pizza was so hard it broke my plastic fork when I tried cutting the crust in half. Used my crust as a drum stick to tap the table as I wondered how the hell you mess up on pizza? None of the pizzas looked fresh. One of those days. Stopped by to taste one thing from every food joint in the place and this spot was disappointing.

Was pleasantly surprised to find great dining options at the new 45 minute waiting lot near DIA. Great pizza. Slices are available too. Was picking up my wife and was able to order a whole pie to bring home too. Very convenient. Great food, manager was very helpful with suggestions. Would definitely stop by next time I’m in the area.
