I loved the yin/​vin class and Marissa was everything I desired in an instructor! Lovely clean space. Did I mention Marissa was amazing?

Friendly, skilled teachers. Nice facilities. Made a yoga novice feel welcome.

If Bikram and CorePower had a child, who inherited all their good qualities and consciously rejected their parents’ bad traits, it would be Yoga Pod. After practicing at most of Denver’s yoga studios for years, I call this place my new yoga home. I had been avoiding Yoga Pod for awhile, because they are a ‘chain’ and I thought I would experience the same drawbacks as I have practicing at CorePower — but Yoga Pod studios are all a bit different in a good way. Being a member I can visit all studios, but have noticed they all have unique offerings for my practice and a better atmosphere, from Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, hot, to Barre classes, each studio is a bit different… all studios have super humble, approachable and sweet teachers.
Yoga Pod is SO approachable, especially the Cherry Creek location. They’ve managed to create a real sense of relaxed community. Super-​Easy-​going — The vibe and approach to teaching at these studios is different from other hot yoga studios in town. I also appreciate their pricing as well — by far, the most competitive and best deal in town.
We all have places to improve on — I think some of their teachers should brush-​up on Sanskrit or avoid using it, unless you are confident in your knowledge. Also, what happened to adjustments? I would encourage all teachers here to be more hands-​on and offer real personal guidance and adjustments — I bet that would be mutually beneficial to their own practice! More adjustments — more interaction. Also, I’ve seen most teachers at Cherry location, practicing in a class. It is SO important for teachers to be committed students themselves! Others that don’t work on their practice, should take note — your lack of practice shows in your teaching! ;)
Finally, kudos to studio manager/​owner, Laura, for being so humble, sweet and approachable. Her vibe is carried on throughout the studio by anyone you come in contact with, from the clean-​up volunteers, to every teacher. She sets the tone that makes this place relaxed and homey.

This is a nice studio. Friendly people and nice clean props for you to use. I have taken a couple classes at this location. If you take the hot classes their room gets hot I mean sweaty hot goodness. Took another class called Podbasics, in this class I was able to focus on a couple areas that I needed to fine tune! Great trial membership as well.

I will keep my review short and sweet. I love Yoga Pod Cherry Creek! It is the perfect yoga studio. The teachers and classes are wonderful, kind, and non-​judgemental. The hot yoga classes will make you sweat and feel all around awesome. This is my first official membership to a yoga studio, and it has really been worth every penny. Cheers Yoga Pod!

I love yoga pod! They are very friendly and the instructors know what they are doing. The best part is the cold wash cloth they put on your head after a hot yoga class!

Very accommodating getting me into a class last minute. The instructor had a nice approach and assisted when needed to correct postures.

Yoga Pod Cherry Creek has been exactly what I have been looking for. No matter when I go or what instructor I have they are all top notch staff members. Each one of them so friendly, always greeting with a smile. I don’t feel like I’m visiting a business when I arrive, I feel welcome and at peace. The classes are amazing and regardless of what instructor I have for the day I know I will have an awesome class. I love how each instructor always have a positive quote to end our session with. Food for our thoughts and restoration for our bodies with movement. I would and do recommend this location to all of my friends and have already brought 3 to tag along. Lots of available class times, super friendly staff + teachers, and it’s walking distance from my house. Which means it’s pretty much perfect. I love the fact that I can take Barre classes as well as yoga + there’s a lot of variety in the types of flows.

Great studio. Great teachers with a variety of classes. Plenty of parking, which is what made me pick this studio over LoDo Yoga Pod, but this studio has quickly become home. Most of the classes are quite intense, but the instructors give you the latitude to do whatever you’re up for. All in all, great place to get a serious workout with some meditative pieces combined.

The noon class with Rob is a great work out as well as a practice that incorporates concepts of yoga and meditation. He pushes you to your edge yet reminds you to be mindful and keep on track with your breathing. Love his music taste too, goes well with the flow!

I’ve been to a lot of yoga studios, having done yoga for several years now it’s important to me to not only get a good workout and stretch out, but improving on posture alignment, strength, and mindfulness are now bigger priorities. I absolutely loved this place (I have unfortunately left due to relocating) and it was the first time that I really saw improvements in myself. I think you miss out on that with chain studios with big classes where the focus is not on alignment but on moving you super fast. I loved the instructors (Rob, Marina, Geenie, and Stephen to name a few who’s classes I frequented a lot) and I felt like they were really there for us and our practice. I left feeling like I’ve grown more than ever as a yogi. Plus I got into great shape AND it was affordable! Thanks guys!

I tried a class for free this past weekend, the flow one. I really liked the décor, locker room, and yoga room. You have to take off your shoes when you walk in which is good but i feel gross walking around the locker room and bathroom barefoot. The class itself was pretty good, not the best but free is good! I am more used to Corepower yoga flow so this was a little different. It was still a good workout and I got to stretch really well. I would consider coming back for the $ 40 for first time month deal. Too bad there isn’t a location in Lakewood. This location was easy to find and quick to get to on a Sunday morning but not sure on a day when there’s traffic.

Went to the HotPod class today. its was 75min long and amazing… i feel that other places have the heat up way to hot and i can’t seem to get threw a class but at Yoga Pod its at 98 degrees and feels wonderful. My teacher took it slow and was very helpful adjusting students. I can’t wait to go back!

I adore Yoga Pod CC! After my old studio doubled (yes, doubled) their monthly prices on January 1, 2014, I went in search of a new yoga home. I moved to 8^th and Colorado and found YPCC as a nearby studio. I took advantage of my free first class, and the $ 40 month membership introductory special, and now I have a membership in exchange for doing cleaning and front desk duties in their Karma Yogi Intern program!
Laura, the manager, is incredibly sweet and outgoing, making an effort to know all the students of the studio, and make sure everyone gets out of the Pod what they want from it. The classes offered and teachers who instruct vary across the yoga spectrum, and they are all wonderful, and truly there for the student, meeting them where they are, and helping them get where they want to go. The studio is bright and clean, and the bathroom/​changing rooms are rather luxurious. The showers are very nice (and private) and they provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, q-​tips, etc!
I highly recommend anyone check out the Yoga Pod! And if Cherry Creek isn’t convenient, they have other locations, Boulder, Lodo, and a new pod in Southglenn.

Very cheerful, clean environment. Nice, knowledgeable people. I have done Yoga before yet this was the first time since I have been pregnant. I went in to ask questions and they offered me a free class. The instructor was great and offered me plenty of variations to accommodate my growing belly. After that I purchased the intro special ($ 40 for an unlimited month) and can’t wait to go back! Check them out! Lots of class times and types to choose from!
