I had to make a trip to the shop, sadly for health reasons, with a group of friends. We were coldly greeted, which should have been a good enough reason to turn around and walk out. Hoping the greeting was a misunderstanding we stayed and continued to shop the quite lacking stock of wigs. Unfortunately the insensitive customer lasted the entire experience. We went to another shop after and fortunately had a wonderfully inviting and warm experience.

Love, love, love this place. The lady’s there are so awesome! My daughter was diagnosed with alopecia. She recently lost hair. So we are clueless in the wig world. These lady’s take time out of there busy schedule to make my daughter happy, & comfortable every. Even after we try ed to care for the wig properly, like they explained to us when we purchased it. They where still so friendly & beyond helpful. Fixing it weeks later when we came back. They even remembered September was alopecia awareness month. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Plus the beautiful high quality. Yet not braking the bank. Merchandise they carry. My daughter levees there all smiles. Feeling pretty every time. She’s only 10 so she can be a picky. As they tell her, as long as your happy, & like it. That’s what matters. We’re so grateful for Wigs Today.

If you want to be completely ignored like an imbecile, this is the place for you. I swung by on my lunch hour, paid for parking, but never once was acknowledged by a person working there. An older women walked in after I did and was helped before me. As she was paying out I stood behind her at the register in hopes of being helped next, and the sales associate walked away. A few minutes later another lady walked in and was helped by the exact same sales person. Never did I get a greeting of «We will be with you in a few moments», or «Have you been helped». So very disheartening!!! Buying a wig for a lot of women isn’t one of those fun, enjoyable occasions in the first place. This treatment made me leave in tears. They must make plenty of money and do not want or need my measly $ 300-​$ 500.
