Way to Grow

Very friendly staff. Rob helped me out with a critical pump question and helped me with the correct part. I always feel comfortable coming to this store and will continue to for all my needs. I would highly recommends this store location to everyone.

These guys are great. Recently bought a new cascadetek oven here, their new lab room is an amazing addition.
Prices on hardware are pretty much unbeatable and they almost always offer to help me load up.
Tip#1: create an account. Great for discounts and tracking your budget. Ask for Rob he is always very helpful.
Tip#2: if you are approaching from the west on Mississippi, turn left on fox st. By the Conoco to circle around into the lot.

I usually don’t go out of my way to write bad reviews, especially about a grow shop, but the horrible customer service I received compelled me to.
First off let me start by saying I’m not sure how all the employees are at this location but there is one younger grungy looking guy with dark hair and a beard that shouldn’t be working face to face with customers. The man is very rude and will criticize your problem while having no solution to it. I needed him to test some of my grow stuff and he literally acted as though it was a huge burden and rushed through the process so he could get back to his chickfila sandwhich. In the end he said it was my bulb. So I listened to him because I remembered him boasting about how many years of experience he has in this industry. Well when I got home my light setup failed again and when I returned he insisted that there was nothing wrong and that he had done «everything he possibly could», every time putting his face in his hands like I was asking him to do someone else’s job. Well after a week of me calling around everywhere I finally figured out that I was using a bulb that wasn’t compatible with my E ballast! The same bulb he sold me knowing the exact type of ballast I was using! Apparently he isn’t contributing much time to the combined «50 years» of experience he bragged about.
In a nutshell the guy is obviously disappointed in his career choice and takes it out on his customers. While causing some of us to waste their money on the wrong parts. I won’t be returning to this location again. Not even to return my $ 80 bulb. The ONLY reason I give them 2 stars is out of courtesy for the other employees I didn’t deal with and the fact that they are the cheapest grow shop around.
Ps. Cheer up, buddy! You don’t have a very hard job.

Holy crap! It’s a big box grow store! They have everything and then some at decent prices. I did get a hipster snob vibe, but whatever. They have kick ass music jamming and if you ask for it, you will get some help. The cashiers are always sitting down and busy chatting with coworkers, picking up the phone while you stand there with the money in your hand or bsing with some stoner so that has gotten slightly irritating. I got the feel that my small change purchases were kind of a waste of their time. Do you have a pro account? Me neither.

Kick ass customer service, love the employees! I’ve run into reps numerous times here and got some real good advice and info from beginner stuff all the way through advanced techniques and equipment advice.
