I will no longer be using this dry cleaner because they have been closed during normal business hours the past two times I’ve gone to pick up my clothes!
I asked for my clothes to be rushed because I have a series of important business meeting today and tomorrow. I was told I could pick up my clothes after 5 on Tuesday. I show up around 5:30, it’s closed even though the door says they close at 6:30. I show up again this morning at 7:45, it is closed again, even though they are supposed to open at 7:30.
I now have no idea what I’ll wear to meetings today and still will have to pay $ 75 when they finally decide to show up to work! Such great service. :(

This place must be under new ownership. I’d been going there for about 8 years, and my last two visits have been insanely frustrating. The same shirts I’ve had laundered there forever I’m now told need to be drycleaned, or to have special upcharges. And the woman I’ve been dealing with is not at all flexible. Her way or the highway. I’m choosing the highway. Special upcharges, won’t accept competitor coupons, and don’t have a care in the world when you say you’ll just take your business elsewhere. I will, thanks.

These guys are great. Prices are reasonable and they’ve never (knock on wood) lost an article or damaged one. The topper for me though (and why I continue to drive to them even though I’ve moved away) is their display of extreme honesty and integrity on two occassions: (1) First, I left $ 200 in my jacket pocket on accident. When I went to pickup my dry cleaning a week later, the money was in an envelope clipped to the oustide of the coat; (2) Second, I left two silk ties in a suit pocket and they just cleaned them for free because they weren’t part of the «count» they did when I dropped my garments off.

While English is not the strong suit at this cleaners, suit cleaning is one strong part of their business. WPC is nice and clean and the cleaners nice. Man, I gotta stop this.
Not only can they make nice minor repairs, but I’ve gotten killer suits and pants at the Goodwill (see my other reviews) up on Broadway/​Archer, and the fine folks here will measure and adjust the suit for you, for a reasonable price, too.
They do the cleaning off-​site, but can handle rush orders. And as a nice touch, they have a little candy jar, so your accompanying tot can have a Tootsie Pop or a Werther’s. I’m a sucker for that stuff.

All I know about dry cleaners is that I will pay for proximity and convenience. These guys are always friendly. Not cheap, but priced as you would expect and I can walk there in 2.7 minutes. If I need a rush order, they make it happen.
