What’s worse than being 8 months pregnant and moving furniture for carpet cleaning? When the carpet cleaners don’t show up, call, or even answer the phone. I scheduled the appointment easily and assumed they would show up. I called multiple times, left messages, and got no response at all. I bought a Groupon, so now I have to figure out how to get my money back.

The technician was very knowledgable and genuine! He really wanted to get your carpets and upholstery cleaned! They were professional, friendly, quick, and did a great job. I actually sent my wool area rug with them and I knew he would not only take care of it but do everything possible. It came back looking better than the day it was bought
I would recommend them 1000 times over and over again

The technician hasn’t even come to my home to clean my carpets yet and I am ALREADY giving this company 5 stars without question. I found them on Groupon and made a call to see their availability and ask a few questions. The receptionist, Michelle, is so kind and easy to work with. She was able to get me in SAME DAY and outside of their normal business hours. I am so beyond pleased with my experience with Urgent Care Cleaning, Inc. already. I will update after my carpets are clean. I can only imagine the cleaning job will be just as amazing as their customer service! HIGHLY RECCOMEND!
