The portions were kind of outrageous for the price, a small pie tin size of lasagna for $ 14.00 and a personal pan pizza for $ 11.00 and the delivery driver met me in the lobby of the hotel and said she wasn’t given a room number yet she was able to call the room from the front desk, room number was the same extension she called can find a better place next time

Ordered my pizza through the tony ps app and showed up to pick it up 20 minutes after I placed the order. Drove all the way from aurora because I wanted to try this restaurant cause of all the cool décor outside but it was all just hype. After I showed up I waited another 25 minutes to get my pizza. We ordered a 14 inch sausage and mushroom pizza and got a burnt bacon and mushroom pizza. We ate some of the pizza cause we were starving but couldn’t eat the crust(my favorite part) cause it was burnt black. Only the middle of the pizza was edible. Normally in the situation that I am in, I will go and talk to somebody and see if they could fix The problem before it was an issue but the staff was so rude when I came in to pick up my pizza initially, I just didn’t have the guts to go back in there and get treated like that, all over a pizza. So I’ll just chalk it up as a $ 17 loss, the pizza that was edible was not anything special anyway. I actually work at a pizza place for a living, and like to go around and try the other pizza restaurants, and I don’t know how they could possibly take 45 minutes after the order is placed to finish one 14″ pizza. Epic fail here and I won’t be back ever. Get real tony, get real. Below tony p pretends to address my issue but when I sent the receipt from chow now(the app tony ps uses to process order) that was sent to my email, I never heard a response. I’m done messing with this place, you’re a three star pizzeria at best. Good day sir. tony p I did send you an email, as well as posted my receipt to this review. I’m done messing with you, you’re an unprofessional 3 star pizzeria owner. I will never attempt to contact you or your rude staff again. I’m not going to put myself through it. So stop harassing me cause you got a bad review. I’m living with my $ 17 loss you can live with an honest review of your service. Like when you say I never ordered so I send you a receipt then he says that Unilocal says that I don’t want to be contacted. Tony p, if you were legit you would t have to keep backtracking and erasing your previous responses to fit your story. I’m done and done.

I was really conflicted about what rating to give this place but the happy hour value make this a four star place for me. We came in for happy hour on a Friday and were immediately offered some complimentary garlic bread. The two people behind the bar were really great, both the girl and the guy working behind the bar were incredibly friendly and made a lot of jokes. During happy hour a big slice of pizza with three toppings is 3 dollars and a PBR is only one dollar. Definitely five stars in terms of service and value. I did not personally enjoy the pizza however, I ordered a slice with pineapple, basil and garlic. The pizza was a little dry and the crust didn’t have a lot of flavor but the most negative part of it was that there were 5 whole garilc cloves on the slice. Regardless, my friend enjoyed his more standard slice of pepperoni and sausage pizza so this may have been a case of me getting too cute with my order.

This place is great. My friend and I brought our German exchange work colleague in for some pizza and beer, and even though he was dressed like something out of the Sound of Music(yes I know that’s Austria), the wait staff treated him like a king. The pizza was great, the bread sticks were great, there’s an incredibly attractive blonde manager or bartender who was really nice and listened to my friends story about selling a desk on Craigslist all while smiling. We had a great experience and I think we may have met Tony, but I’m not sure. No one gawked at my friend in his lederhosen and feather cap, not even when he began to yoddle and do other weird german vocal outdoor activities. Point being, go to Tony Ps because no matter how you look you’ll have a great time and the staff is gonna take care of you. Disclaimer: some of the aforementioned comments may be exaggerated to keep the reader reading. My opinions of German pastimes and customs are not necessarily shared by other Americans… But should be.

It’s not at all discouraging to see the negative reviews here since my last review. We have been here COUNTLESS times, dropped by, reservations, big parties, little parties, patio, bar area(Sergio’s), etc. The one thing is that is consistent, is the quality of food & the friendly service. Sure, on busy nights it may be a bit slower than a Monday or Tuesday, but if you want to feel like you’re having dinner on a close neighbor’s patio or a family get-together, I guarantee you feel at home here!(and we are celebrating YETANOTHER Birthday party here tonight!) — Thank you for being a STAPLE, a «Go To» in the neighborhood! Cheers!

Amazing service! I would recommend this place to all my friends solely on the service I received. Yes the pasta was pretty awesome, along with the surprising breadsticks and salad that came along with it but the server made the meal. Our server, Aaron was hilarious. He came over and chatted with us, giving our experience a real homey feeling and told some jokes. It was a laughing evening. I really enjoyed the ambiance at Tony P’s and I’ll definitely be in for one of their Friday music evenings!

I love Tony’s P. It’s a good neighborhood place to grab a good pizza. I also had their spaghetti and meatballs which I would recommend. Also their salads are nice. Always have good service. But overall I would suggest any of the pizza

Terrible service. They had no glasses for water, brought out 4 of there complimentary breadsticks for a table of 12, was told the rest needed to bake. An hour wait for pizza and then no plates. Waitress finished it off by accidentally dumping a glass of water on my five year old daughter when she was cleaning up the table.

Man this pizza is expensive. 30 something dollars for one pie. It’s good, but not worth the 1 he delivery time for three blocks away

My experience here started out great but I left feeling disappointed! A friend and I headed over for some food after an ugly sweater party and sidled up to the bar. The bar wasn’t too busy when we arrived, and our bar tender was polite, funny, and super attentive! Once we received our beers, people began flooding into the bar area(maybe the show upstairs was ending?) and the staff appeared to start getting flustered. Our pizza arrived exactly as we had ordered it, and was piping hot and smelled delicious. I ordered a side of ranch right away and was told by the bartender that he would get it when he had the chance… not exactly the response I was expecting, but he was crazy busy so I get it. About 20 minutes later, our pizza was cooled enough to eat, and the bartender appeared to be way too busy for our ranch request, so I kindly asked a server who had been walking back and forth bussing the quickly emptying tables. She returned 5 minutes later saying they were all out of ranch. Weird, because literally 5 minutes later our bartender brought us a side of ranch, super apologetic that he hadn’t brought it sooner. Bottom line on the food: The pizza overall tasted like a Digiorno. The crust was doughey and the pizza didn’t taste like it had been cooked long enough. Bottom line on the service: I wish I knew our bartender’s name because overall he was fantastic. What really irked me was the fact that the server flat out lied about having ranch(I know this is trivial, but this is unacceptable if in the service industry if you ask me!) Unless I’m going to a show here, I definitely will not be coming back. There is good pizza all over this town with better service.

I was in Tony Ps on Sunday and the bar was slammed. Our bartender, Nicole, rocked it. While busy she still maintained the best customer service I’ve ever had there(and I’ve been coming for 3 years)! I had eggplant rotoli and that was good too.

Tony P’s. love this place! I have gotten delivery pizza from here and slices to go, but I finally dined in on Saturday. My boyfriend and I were promptly seated by a friendly hostess and I ordered a Bloody Mary(for dinner, yes– I like them at all times!), which you can read the review for here: We were brought unlimited garlic breadsticks throughout the course of the meal with a nice marinara sauce(I only snuck one– on the paleo diet and had to cheat a little once I smelled the breadsticks). We ordered a dozen of the wood-fired wings. They were seriously some of the best wings I’ve ever had… They don’t come coated in any sauce, rather you dip them in your choice of sriracha honey sauce, blue cheese, or ranch. We got the sriracha honey sauce– very tasty. I ordered the walnut pear salad for my meal and couldn’t finish the large(probably due to my consumption of 5 wings), which had complex flavors that meshed very well together. Service was great. The only so-so thing about our dining experience Saturday was that the hostess tried to seat us at 2 dirty tables before I suggested we sit at a table in the other dining area. Also their pizza is not the«best» in Denver, so to say, but it is pretty good(I am from the Chicago area, so sorry for hard judging). The other food is great. I want to go back to try a calzone when I am off this paleo diet ;) I have also been to the upstairs bar countless times to see my friends’ band. It’s a super intimate venue with great drink deals and a nice upstairs balcony!

My friends and I came to Tony P’s for a couple of cocktails and Casey was amazing as a bartender. He was very engaging and even suggested cocktails for us. Great start to a Saturday night! We will be back even for cocktails soon… Thank you.

This is the second time I have ordered/gotten pizza from here two days in a row! Yesterday I spoke with a gentleman named Casey, he was amazingly kind! He took the time to explain the different pizza sauces to me! When delivering they provide paper plates and napkins! Today the guy I spoke too was not as nice and joyful, but my i still got my order in. All in all, the pizza is amazing, I highly recommend their pizza!!!

This place has great ambience and a fabulously friendly staff! We showed up in time for Happier Hour and had delicious salads and bread . We enjoyed yummy wine for only $ 5 a glass… naturally we had plenty of wine It’s great for people watching and you can spend a nice long loungey amount of time hanging in the patio. Will definitely be back !

The pizza really is exceptional here. The breadsticks and marinara they bring out while you’re waiting for your pizza is delicious! The prosciutto pizza isn’t normally something I order but I would definitely go back and have again.

I went on a Tuesday night around 7:15pm with a group of 10 people. Tony’s was super accommodating, moving some tables around to give us some nice space. We got those signature Tony’s breadsticks, and honestly, they were probably my favorite part of the meal! My group ordered a chicken pesto pizza with roasted red peppers, artichokes, and pine nuts. It was fine, but not as delicious as the breadsticks(which were abundant and FREE!). Our server was a guy with a backwards hat(real descriptive, I know) and he was fantastic. He was on top of serving, cleaning up plates, and keeping our waters fresh and cold! I would go back to try another kind of pizza– I’m usually more of a pepperoni girl, so I want to check out their ‘roni ‘zza!

Came in here on Valentine’s day during happy hour while my wife was taking a nap. Immediately seated at the bar, I couldn’t help but notice that they have a really respectable selection of beers and are priced responsibly(at least during happy hour). I ordered the«Happier Meal»: big pizza slice(up to three toppings), PBR and a «premium well shot»(what the heck does that even mean?) for $ 8. That’s pretty solid. They also give you free bread sticks during this time… hit or miss; some are really crunchy /possibly stale while others are soft and supple. I’m having a hard time knowing what the end goal is. If they’re intentionally crunchy, I got some undercooked ones. If intentionally soft, I got some that had been left on the counter too long. Soft is win with these kind of sticks, so I’m leaning toward a star docked. The pizza is very nice. I won’t go so far as to say«the best,» but I will say it was tasty and properly cooked for the single slice. It took a long time to come out, so I have to make the assumption that they cook cheese pizzas throughout happy hour and add toppings as needed /rebake for a few minutes. I’m OK with that. As I walked around the restaurant to buy a valentine chocolate torte for my wife, I observed the platters being enjoyed by the patrons. They looked delicious… I’ll definitely be back to try dinner service. Would recommend for standard pizza happy hour for sure.
