White person review: this place is amazeballs. What a different array of flavors for our Western pallet. If you’re even slightly adventurous, give this place a try. We enjoyed every bite, felt very welcomed by the staff, and can’t wait to come back again to try another dish or two. It’s a hole in the wall, and really doesn’t look like much from the outside… But inside you’re whisked away to an authentic Korean experience. So very good.

So so so good. Traditional authentic soft tofu stews along with a variety of entrée offerings featuring spicy pork, beef, chicken, squid. They are also known for their sullongtang – beef broth – which hits the spot any day. Their side dishes(banchan) are yummy too pairing perfectly with the main dishes. The interior is clean, updated. This restaurant is a hidden gem, family owned and operated. I have lived in big, Asian dominated cities and in Seoul throughout my life and Tofu House is the only place in Denver so far that holds snuff to its counterparts in LA, SF and NY. You know the food is quality because their menu is not so extensive and varied like most general Korean restaurants that offer everything from BBQ to sushi to Chinese food. And the food is not overly sweetened or salty aimed to attract western customers. Tofu House beats out Seoul BBQ restaurant(also located in Aurora and way over rated) on every level: food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and ambiance. Give it a try; you won’t regret it.
