I am so disappointed in this company. I have tried countless times to contact customer service, through phone calls and several emails, and have not heard anything back. If this is the kind of customer service they have, I will never recommend this company, nor purchase another thing from this company.

Customer service is lacking. It seems the quality of the bags has deteriorated in the past few years. Warranty service was a hassle.

OKAY. Where is the 10STAR button? This place deserves 10 stars and more! I was in the store last week looking for a small messenger bag for commute. Upon arriving I was warmly greeted by one of the girls who worked there. I told her I needed a smallish bag for biking/commuting. She immediately pointed out several different products to me and explained(in detail) the different material/functions/purpose of each bag, as well as what kind of stuff that could actually/possibly fit into it(Laptop, water bottle, books, umbrella, makeup bags… etc, etc) In other words, SHEKNEWHER S**T.WELL. I was overwhelmed with the choices, but after some considerations I had my eyes set on the Eula and the XS classic messenger. While I was still torn between the two, the nice sales girl told me her personal experience with each bag and turned out we shared a similar«bag habits»(like. spilling shit inside or overstuffing our bags.) We definitely had a good laugh and I decided the XS messenger bag would be the winner for me. The girl I had made the whole process so much fun and enjoyable, and she was SUPER helpful with all the questions I asked. I went back to the store today and bought the classic XS. It was the perfect size: big enough for all my craps, but small enough for my 5 ft frame. So if you ever need a new Timbuk2 or just want to browse the store with EXCEPTIONAL customer services, this is the store to go!

Shoutout to the Denver Timbuk2 store and their customer service! I was in town in October for a business conference and even though I had a Timbuk2 bag of my own already, I had some time to kill in between conference sessions, so I walked over to Larimer Square to check out a familiar name in a new-to-me city. The gal working around 5pm on Oct 13th, 2014 was super helpful and nice, and a great person to talk with about whatever. Really awesome disposition! We chatted about bag materials and the differences between the Hayes Valley and Denver locations and never once did I feel pressured to buy anything, but I ended up having such a pleasant experience that I felt like getting something anyway. She helped me select a great little zippered pouch for carrying around various travel knickknacks and it has served me well ever since. Oh and there’s a good selection of bags and other Timbuk2 merch in the store, including a serious array of wallets and other accessories. Timbuk2 bags have been so useful to me for commuting and traveling, so if you’re in the area and at all interested in getting things for carrying other things, this store’s definitely worth a visit. Thanks for a great shopping experience!

Great store! I love Timbuk2 and the store in San Francisco, so I was so happy to see this store open! It’s a tiny little store, but it the bags are displayed well, and the staff is super friendly. Went in just to check out the store and the girl there showed me their newly designed diaper bag(which is awesome by the way). Great store! And a welcome addition to Denver!

I’d seen the online adverts that this store was going to open, and I was excited to see this happen. I had a chance to stop by when I was in the area not so much for the shopping, but out of genuine need. My older Pannier(the Timbuk2 Shift Pannier) had recently broken due to some mild off-roading so I needed a new bag. The staff was very welcoming and the store looks great. I received stellar service from an employee who was willing to go to the stock room to get the item I needed as well as helping me navigate various other options. I still really like the product they turn out and it is great to be able to shop without having to wait for shipping. Check out the commemorative Colorado flag logo bag behind the counter, way cool.

We were so excited to see Timbuk2 opened a shop in Denver since we were going to be visiting & we thought we wanted to buy one of the diaper bags they sell, but really wanted to check it out in person first. We also had an old bag to donate & swipe a sweet 25% off coupon off anything! The sign out front was easy to miss– we walked right by & then used the address # to locate it. The store is small but efficient! Their main focus is custom anyway, but they had a solid take-today selection as well, including our diaper bag! Two associates helped us find it & then tell us what they liked about the bag & explained all the features. My husband really loves his Timbuk2 bag used for business travel to carry his laptop & carry-on stuff, and also really liked that the diaper bag is gender neutral and doesn’t look like a diaper bag! They sold us on it– I’d highly recommend going to talk to the folks there! They were so nice & can tell you more about the bags than you would ever think to ask!

Nice addition to Larimer Square. Timbuk2 carries many styles of messenger bags depending on your needs. The best part is that the bags are customizable to your tastes. Once a bag style is selected you can choose what colors and patterns you would want on it. The staff is very helpful and answered my questions as I tried to decide which bag size fit my needs. They showed me the huge selection available to make a completely unique bag that fit my tastes. You can design your bag in-store and have it ordered and delivered to your place. Since I’m still deciding what bag to get, I can do this from the comfort of my home but it is extremely helpful to visit this store to inspect all the bags that are available before you commit to anything without having seen it.
