Overall: Poor service and mediocre food can’t help the good atmosphere and beer list here. The good: The split the bill automatically. Free beer for checking in, Good menu size and good atmosphere. Lots of beer options. The bad: Took our food forever to get to the table, in which several things came out wrong. Servers were poor and un attentive. Food isn’t great, came out cold and didn’t taste great. Servers didn’t tell us about any specials or extra details. Atmosphere: 7⁄10 Service: 3⁄10 Food: 4⁄10

Wow! I would go to this restaurant all the time if I could! Can’t believe this is in an airport, nicely done. I recommend the Tweener free range burger, bacon, egg, lettuce, and tomato! Side salad was great, homemade ranch dressing could use some work(a little jelly and sweet as it is), but free draft beer when you check in!($ 16 bucks total pre-tip!) Service was excellent and they get the food to you FAST! Thank you for a great layover in Denver, Demitria, Stormy, and Meghan! :)

Timberline Grille is a nice place at the Denver Airport to grab a bite and a drink while waiting for your plane. It was quite busy, we stopped in on a Sunday night after the Broncos vs Chargers but were seated served quickly. My wife and I split a chicken sandwich with fries, which hit the spot and is what you expect when eating at the airport. They do have a nice wine and beer list. I had a Coors Light and my wife ordered a McMannis(Cabernet) which she loved. The seating is a little tight but again we didn’t expect 5 class service and really wanted a drink and something to eat before flying home. Definitely Check In on Unilocal! You receive a FREE domestic draft(no purchase required) which is always nice. Next time we stop through Denver we will most likely grab a drink and just sit at the bar. There are also TV’s at the bar which is a major plus and the Sunday Night Football game was on which is what I was wanting to watch. Cheers!

I stop in at Timberline every time I pass through DIA. Never have indulged in any of the food; however, every time I get an O’Dell’s Easy Street Wheat. Amazing, duh! I used to live in Colorado, and since moving to Phoenix I haven’t been able to find this cup of sunshine on tap in the 480. Shawn and Cole have served me my last couple of trips. Very pleasant guys, make sure you tip them well. Not a bad place to park yourself before a flight!

Alright, I’ve never written a bad Unilocal review before, because I work in food service and I think a lot of the time the concerns are petty. BUT– I just went here for breakfast and got a $ 13 smoked salmon breakfast pizza. The eggs on it were those microwaveable slab-of-egg type situation that they serve at fast food restaurants. And not warm. The salmon was over cooked(supposed to be smoked) and it was generally a pretty gross, soggy meal. According to other reviews, it looks like they have good lunch/dinner– but if you’re looking for breakfast, hit up McDonald’s or Einstein’s. No part of that meal was worth $ 13. (Service was good though! Lol)

Service was great. Drinks were great. Bartenders are theives though because they stole my credit card information after we paid and left and charged over $ 10K with it over the following 3 days. Left a bad review about it and Unilocal removed it for not being classified as a «customer experience»…Does this count as an «experience» Unilocal???

It was a busy snowy day with lots of flight cancellations and a jammed airport. Found 4 seats to get a quick(yeah, 5 hour delay!) bite to eat. I normally don’t expect much from airport restaurants but Denver is one of those airports that actually has decent food. Except for here. 2 stars for service and that’s it. Good was nasty. I had the Mike High Club on «rustic» bread. If by rustic they meant old and stale– spot on. The avocados were a nasty green paste and the ham was rancid. Others at the table had burgers and they couldn’t get through a half. Several hours later with stomachs churning we knew we made a bad choice. Go there if you must but stay to a liquid diet.

I was on a layover in Denver, between Las Vegas and New York, and couldn’t have landed at a better bar. I stumbled in at about 2pm, with a raging headache and in search of hydration. I was immediately given water and settled down at the bar to watch football. The bartender suggested the perfect hangover burger and hooked it up with one of the best beers I’ve ever tried. Seriously, if you do nothing else today, try the Rogue Hazelnut Brown Nectar. Its absolutely magical. I chilled there for a few hours, met some cool people, and shot the shit with the staff. They are a cheerful bunch, constantly cracking jokes while truly enjoying their work. If you’re looking for good food, a friendly atmosphere, and a solid drink selection, look no further. Best airport bar ever!

Second favorite restaurant at this airport. There isn’t much space between tables, so you can overhear the conversation of your neighbors. Natural, organic steaks cooked to order. Full bar available. Delicious salad. You can opt for a healthy menu or a wicked calorific feat too. The dessert menu was tempting

Flying through Denver and had a little bit of a layover so found this place to sit down and spread out with the family… looked really nice from the outside and it’s what you expect to pay in an airport so what the heck decided to give it a try. We were greeted and helped by a very nice server by the name of Leanne who was super friendly and very attentive. I ordered the Timberline salad with salmon and it was a huge disappointment… the only thing sort of ok was the salmon and it was just meh… my girls ordered the chicken nachos and to be honest they were the best part of the meal besides the hot wings we ordered ahead of time. The issue I sort of have is they play up as a higher end place and the food that was food was the bar food. My wife had some chili and the same she thought it had great flavor as well, but my other girls ordered a burger and was super dried out… either way this place was in the middle for me and the great service made up for the rest.

Had a great snack! I was a little hesitant after mixed reviews but the chicken nachos were outstanding. The Cactus Cooler is a must! Manager, Aaron and waiter-extraodinairre Max P. Are GREAT! DEFINITELYRECOMMEND!

Service is crap, the food tastes like it came from my highschool cafeteria. Painfully dry steak, soggy nachos, with a generic pace salsa, wobbly table, disinterested & bored hosts with appalling attitudes. Lol. This place is hilarous… Yeah don’t eat here. Seriously– they poured 7⁄11 cheese on the nachos then topped it with shredded cheese to hide the fact. Lmao.

Wow. it’s rare that you get great service and food in an airport, but Shawn, Erica and Joe behind the bar are the gems you’re happy to discover. Their warm and friendly service and conversation was just fantastic. Rocky Mountain Oysters were yummy. a first for my gf, the double-cut porkchops were super tender, french-onion soup was über flavorful and ceasar with chicken superb! So content and a fitting end of our trip! Thanks gang!

This turned out to be a very expensive dinner for us when we changed planes on our way home from Las Vegas in September 2015. We had a little time between flights, and we changed terminals to get to the Timberline, as there were no good options in our concourse. The place was about half full, there were no clean empty tables, so we picked the least dirty table and seated ourselves. Sadly, we didn’t notice our proximity to the smoking lounge door… absolute yuck smoke smell every time one of the smokers held the door open for enter/exit. Food was just mediocre, and my food was overcooked a bit., With 2 glasses of wine, 2 meals and a starter small appetizer it was close to $ 100 with tip. Suggest you spend your $$ elsewhere, as there are many other places to eat in DEN.

Considering this is an airport restaurant, it is not half bad. I had for lunch the Bacon Bloody Mary(the house vodka is flavored and kept in a container so that it resembles ice tea rather than the great alcohol it has become), Rocky Mountain Oysters(breaded and deep fried male bovine gonads with a worcestershire based aioli dipping sauce), and a bowl of Rocky mountain chilli. The Bloody Mary hit the spot nicely. The Rocky Mountain Oysters half order, had a nice crisp crust due to the breading and really did no taste too strong– more like a chicken thigh or a very fatty pork. I wonder if they would consider tossing them in a buffalo wings type sauce in the future. The chilli was great too. Next time I will check out the Elk and the Bison dishes.

I had a great lunch here on layover… I sat at the bar, and had a server right away. I ordered a local pint & the Grilled Cordon Blue Sandwich. The beer was chilled and very good. The sandwich came out decently fast, was hot and looked good. The chicken was a tad dry, but over all, it was a good sandwich. For an airport restaurant, my visit was pretty great. Fast service, good food & beer & a free Unilocal pint when I checked in.

I was kinda excited about a smoking lounge where I could get a drink in an #airport. There is a $ 3 cover to get into the lounge. Ok the cover came with a $ 3 credit toward your order. The place was so smoky I didn’t get to order a drink or stay the lounge the 6 minutes it take to smoke a cigarette. Yeah, I might go again but I would really need a smoke!

Food is bad here. I repeat, food is bad here. Everything, even the steamed vegetable, came out greasy. I had to use a napkin to absorb the excessive grease. It also takes a while for the kitchen to prepare food, so prepared to wait a bit. One good thing about this place though, is that the service is pretty good. My waiter was very nice to me. Due to the lack of dining choices at DIA, there isn’t anything one could do. But next time, I’ll probably get fast food than to spend a lot of money here.

**DISCLAIMER: I didn’t actually eat here. This review is on the service at the bar** So…our flight was being indefinitely delayed over at Southwest, Concourse C. I looked over at my fiancé and said«what the heck are we doing? Let’s grab a drink! DUH!». We ran over to Rock Bottom… they were closing up… boo hoo. So they referred us over to Timberline, which was open a bit later(til 10:30pm). Our bartender(Nino) greeted us right away with a smile. We got our drinks right away and he definitely made us feel welcome… we chatted a bit about California and Colorado. Another patron was pretty drunk… she was screaming like a banshee all over the bar… but he was able to handle it well while cutting her off from any further belligerence. Very professional and friendly at this bar, I’ll be going here if I ever fly Southwest again from Colorado! Oh…and for the drunk lady… we later caught her trying to terrorize every single-looking guy for their number around the airport… YIKES!

WTF this is the only spot in Denver I used my debit card and guess what? I got hacked! Luckily for me my credit union got my back and stopped several fraudulent charges. Tires at Sears, new computer at some electronic place and gas at several places. I got raided the day after I left. Fuckin’ hacks! Don’t trust this place! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!
